Dr.Luo was really nice along with the staff. Its a must see if you need a dental! Don't worry about children there is a special area for them! Luxury experience and Sweet staff! My experience there is really bad. I don't even give one star if possible. Ms. Luo is very rude，inpatient and unprofessional. After her treatment，my tooth is getting more painful and the problem is getting worse. She have made my whole mouse bruising and swelling for around two weeks.

I took my daughter EverSmile Dental Clinic to wash teeth, and the dentist checked it very carefully. It explains the possible hidden dangers of teeth and teaches the daily care of teeth. The dentist is very responsible to the guests.

100% recommended this dental to everyone!I got a root canal at another dental and ended up with a grey tooth in three months. The dentist told me it wouldn’t hurt before the procedure, but the freezing actually hurt so much that almost killed me.Dr.Luo is so attentive and gentle. She made sure it didn’t hurt when putting on my dental crown and cleansed my teeth around it. I would definitely become a regular and refer all my friends to Dr.Luo.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience at Eversmile Dental, specifically with Dr. Luo. From the moment I entered the clinic, it was evident that Luo lacked professionalism and patience. Despite the receptionist being helpful in answering our questions, Luo's behavior was unacceptable.Ms. Luo showed a complete disregard for our inquiries and displayed extreme impatience throughout the entire visit. Not only did she fail to provide adequate answers, but she also resorted to sarcasm and condescending remarks. My purpose in visiting the clinic was to seek dental treatment, not to endure useless personal prejudice lectures or humiliation. What shocked me the most was Luo's apparent retention of strong regional prejudices. It is deeply concerning that a doctor in Canada holds such shallow and discriminatory views, particularly in our multicultural society. It is important for this person to understand that no one in Canada cares or believes they are better" due to their origin. If you seriously can't change your behavior or perception somehow

I went to eversmile to get all of my wisdom teeth removed. All the staff were friendly and Dr. Luo was very kind and professional as well. The procedure was quick and painless, and everything was explained thoroughly to me beforehand. I recovered very quickly after the surgery and had no issues whatsoever. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Dr. Luo to everyone else.

I have been suffering from toothache for two weeks. So, I went to Dr. Luo's clinic through a friend's recommendation. Dr. Luo is experienced and cured my toothache in less than an hour.
