I banked with 2 different RBC branches previously. I was in a rush to cash a cheque and this happened to be the only branch on my way home that I would get to before closing time.I have been assisted by Mr. Michael Krol and Mr. Michael Lettieri on an ongoing basis since coming in. They have both worked extremely hard to ensure that I am satisfied with my experience. They have followed up with me regularly and went out of their way make me feel like a valued member of RBC.I greatly appreciate all of their hard work and they have gone above and beyond to satisfy all of my requests. They have consistently gotten back to me within a timely manner even when my work schedule has made this difficult.Thank you!

This branch has the worst customer service. They treat everyone as if we are up to some fraud. I couldn’t even get a draft for my own money that I transferred to my account yesterday; this money has been available. Furthermore, I have been a loyal customer at this home branch for 12 years.

The disrespect for the customer's time in this branch is appalling!! I was kept standing in the banking area for 30mins beyond my appointment time with no word from the lady I was supposed to meet with. After I left the building, I get a call from her saying sorry I'm running a bit late". If I could give NO STAR

Lynda is the best! Always going above and beyond for my family and takes her time explaining everything to us :) Puts a smile on our face every time we get to work with her!

I had an appointment with Neeta to open a new bank account. Neeta was amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all my questions and had great recommendations. Overall I had a great experience at this branch and would recommend to anyone.

What incredible experience whith Juliano,he was more then helpful,I asked if they can help me whith some papers for my pension to be stamped by the Bank he took his time to do everything I need,he is so courteous,professional, and fast this was one of my best experience whith Royal bankthanks Juliano.

Recently opened an account with an employee, I believe his name was Roberto. I came in after having a bad experience at CIBC. He was able to accommodate me right away and opened an account for me with no trouble. Thanks Roberto!!

Wow! What an incredible experience with Juliano! He was so amazing, attentive, super helpful, guided me through my wedding vendor needs and was so personable. You never hear about a great bank experience but this was 12/10!!! Thank you!!
