Service office slow, a lot of ‘whatever’ attitude. Don’t like? - go elsewhere..Eventually all done. Won’t be my first choice; only if no other options available.On a good note - the price was right and tech guys friendly.

Had DEF issues last week heading home, called service Curtis was friendly and with a bit of luck could work me in the next morning. I limped truck to their shop dropped my trailer. Trailer dropped went into service. He was out with the laptop surprisingly quickly, and now maybe we look at truck tonight. A short while later tech took truck away. And after a brief stay in a very nice drivers lounge. Sir your truck is good to go, new DEF pump installed. Excellent experience all around. Been at this 42 years this type of service in becoming very rare. 5 stars guys.

Friendly service but the downside i had to go multiple times to get problem with truck resolved ended up with endless downtime due to dpf system trouble

Had a Def problem in my freightliner diagnosed the problem and put new pump in truck in and out in 4.5 hrs with a lunch break in there as well nice job guys got back to Ontario safe thanks to the staff

Salesman's are deceiving and do not give all the information about problems with new equipment, they are trying to create the appearance that if you do not have time to buy it, then another customer will buy it today. They invite you to sign documents when the documents are not yet ready, and it makes no difference to them that you have to drive 100 km to them and spend all day. They didn't even say sorry". Very poor service. Very slow working office."

Awesome service , nice staff I have ever seen on any dealershipe. They feels pleaser to hear the customer in detail , and reply’s back with true commitment . There all service guys are so polite , professional. They communicate to customers very friendly and try to help as much they can. After park your truck they says tru commitment about to what time and soon they will get start on your truck. While customer in waiting room upstairs, the service supervisor often comes up to post update to customer about truck fixing . Finally they really deserve for five stars.
