Great experience! Love my new custom print.

I went into the store at 4:30pm on a Saturday (keep in mind the store closes at 5pm). I was greeted by Anna who was absolutely lovely, extremely friendly and helpful with all my needs. I wanted to have a custom print done and she took the time to explain how sizing works, gave me advice on which sizing would work best for my print, and so on. When I finally decided, she made sure to have my print done ASAP. I picked it up 20 minutes later!! Not to mention it came out absolutely beautifully! Would highly recommend not only getting prints done here but also so pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I got. 10/10 on overall service.The store I’m talking about is the Fresh Prints at Carrefour Laval.

I’ve only had amazing experiences at fresh prints! Anna from the carrefour location is honestly the best. I’ve purchased 5 paintings from her on separate occasions and each time she was nothing short of impeccable! She moved things around in the store to make my vision more clear, and was extremely patient. If you’re looking for a painting from here, I highly recommend visiting her! Thank you Anna for all the help and nice conversations! :)

Bought 2 paintings from there and the staff was so friendly and helpful! If you go there ask for Anna she made the experience so much better! I would definitely go back there they have such nice things and the store is very pretty.

I went to Fresh prints gallery to buy a canvas and ended up buying 5 canvases!!! The art work they have is so original and different. I love them! I shopped around and they have the best prices.The staff was very friendly too would definitely recommend to my friends and family !
