I booked two weeks in advance and they couldn't even scan my vehicle for transmission repairs. They didn't apologize or ask me to keep my vehicle overnight to check it the next day. I do not recommend them. They also said they were short staffed.

This is our go to shop. Our truck broke down on the highway and even though they were busy, they made time for our repair as they knew we were heading out of town. Communication is always top notch and the price came in lower than quoted. You cannot go wrong using this shop for all your automotive needs.

We had our car towed to Western Automotive Service Regina when we were driving from BC to Ontario. That turned out to be a blessing. What a great place! Very honest and straightforward answers about the transmission issues we were dealing with. They did a great job getting us on the road again in no time. Without overcharging! We made it home safely. They took there time giving us good advise on what repairs to consider once we arrive at our destination. Thank you so much again guys! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I had the BEST experience getting my vehicle fixed here for the first time. Darren and team really went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of and also to get to the bottom of what was wrong with my car when other mechanics couldn't. Ally at the front desk made sure I knew what was going on with my car in terms I understood, kept 110% communication with me and was so incredibly knowledgeable about vehicles. I was SO impressed and will absolutely be back. 11/10 recommend Western Automative. You will not be disappointed
