Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and seem to enjoy their work. We had mediocre knowledge of the ins and outs of our purchase, but we weren't treated with condescension. The staff was patient, talked to us in a polite way that was never condescending or dismissive. I will make this my first stop every time.

One of the few remaining places that sell or repurpose sporting equipment. Was the go to place for my kids when they were active and growing. Also a great place that can sharpen skates.

I went in a few day ago and they didn't have a lot of stock.. I was looking for some skates and everything was in pretty bad condition. I was expecting to find items that were used but still have life in them. For the price it wasn't worth it. Way better off getting brand new pair.

Not worth the time and visit.We told the person who assisted us that our child( we got a size Y12) plays active hockey in a team - and we were told rather emphatically by the person assisting us that these skates although not great would last 6 months. Didn’t last a game and worse actually broke in the toe. Please do not push goods you wouldn’t want your child wearing. My kid could have lost his toes if a puck hit hard.

Everything about this store is amazing, I just needed to write this comment to express my happiness. The employees are so helpful and kind, I didn't even feel embarrassed to not know much about hockey because they told me everything and politely answered my every question. I've gone to several sports stores in the past since I used to do professional ice skating, and I've never experienced one quite like this. I'm just now getting into hockey and I cannot express just how much I recommend this location. I got my skates sharpened here and I glide on the ice like butter. The prices are great, the service is great, it's neat, it's tidy, it's got everything.

Nice place to buy used équipement on a discount price the shop provide assistance to maintain your gear like skis adjustment sharpening and waxing. Mainly go there for skates and skis gear for the other sports there is not much choice

Called on May 25, 2023 to inquire about adult size medium baseball pants. Worker informed me they have a pair and would put it aside for me. I replied, Great! Since I'm driving in from east Toronto. I arrive at the location at around 415PM, while sitting in traffic for over an hour, just to be informed that this location doesn't carry baseball pants however hockey pants were left aside for me. Amazing customer experience. Not only did I waste time, I also wasted gas. Negative stars!!! That employee should owe me $40 for gas.

I don't want to throw shade on the staff in the store cuz they're all polite and very helpful.However do not get your skates sharpened here until they train the staff to do it properly.This is how they measured when I took them to Canlan Ice Sports to be corrected.

I would never but anything expensive or new from this location in particular. They will not provide any reasonable product support, and the owner is particularly rude. I purchased equipment that broke within a few months, and zero effort was made to repair the equipment (even if it probably could have been repaired with a little effort and a few dollars spent).
