Called to find out about an error code on my refrigerator, they said they would research it & get back to me. Got a return phone call in no time, & they told me to try a couple things which I did & was able to solve the problem without a service call!!

Recently had a freezer that stopped freezing after I had prepped and prepared a ton of meals. Contacted GP House of Service and spoke with Jamie who was incredibly friendly and agonized with me over the state of my food prep and freezer situation. Garth scheduled me in for the next morning, diagnosed the problem AND got my freezer FREEZING. A part was ordered to completely fix the issue and Garth was back within a week to install. The speed, responsiveness and knowledge is exceptional. Thank you Jamie and Garth!

Thank you to Garth for your prompt professional service! Out of nowhere my oven stopped working, so I called GP House of Service. Garth was very courteous to fit me in quickly on his schedule. He solved the issue right away and I was very happy to have a small cost repair done, rather than replacing the unit itself. Also, your office administration was very polite and courteous too! It was a pleasure doing business with this local company!
