Great company to deal with. It’s always a pleasure to walk in and see Karen sitting at the front desk. She’s extremely knowledgeable and helps you right away, it was very smart to make her the first point of contact for the company.

Wow Ryan! That is completely unprofessional, if I ever received a business card that said Queen Of The Castle" I would never return and throw the card in the trash.... I will not be contacting Karen for anything with a business that reads that! This company is a JOKE!!"

I bought a bag of fire wood (cut offs) which I've been doing for a while now. The price has always been $10 but today the bag was 75% of what it use to be. I mentioned it to the person working (I'm assuming he's the owner) and had to ask very directly if the bag is smaller, which he said yes to. Wanting to buy four bags i asked if I could have the fourth bag for $5 and he said NO, its still $10 a bag.I wont be buying firewood from these guys again, thats for sure.

Have attempted doing business several times over the past 10 years, company conveniently located to us. Got lucky one time and had some baseboards made but the service tends to be 'snippy' and inconsistent. I like to feel valued and respected when I spend money and this is not something I get from Classic Wood. Happy to give repeat business, for the 3rd time elsewhere and willing to drive further to be treated better.

Have been working with Classic for about 10 years. The order process has always been smooth and efficient. Pricing is fair and products are of good quality. Couldn't see myself ever working with another mouldings company.

Well it's 4:28 and the doors already locked nobody inside...Most you could so is change your sign on the door and online that you close before 4:30 so I don't drive and rush through traffic to get there.

I have being dealing with Classic for the better part of 8 years which has in turn benefited my company greatly. The level of professionalism, quality of materials and timely manner each and every job is delivered has been unparalleled. Reading some of these negative reviews makes me wonder why people are so fast to overlook the business aspect of a company now adays for some glamorized dream that they are always right no matter what. I try and put myself in Karen's shoes each time I am in and listen to some of the crazy requests people ask of her and this company and how she keeps her composure so well. The way she handles even the most ridiculous clients is among the many reasons I will be a lifelong client. They get it here. Thanks for all the great years and look forward to many more.
