First of all it’s way too expensive, then the worker said they couldn’t do custom flowers a day before valentine’s day because they had no more stock and it would be too much work for them to make custom order for everyone without a pre order, too much work for the only day you’re going to make toons of money ? You can’t order in advance for your most busy week of the year ? You don’t know your sales ? So all the premade were ugly and the only nice one were 50$+. I had no trouble in the flower shop inside the Lachine mall 32 av to get a custom order, go there instead !!

I really appreciate my experience on a last minute urgent request today for a dear friend who suffered a tragic loss this week -- at the start of the busiest weekend of the year for florists. While there is little anyone can do at such a time, we can try to provide some comfort by sending a thoughtfully created arrangement. They were able to deliver same day and at a certain part of the day, which is so very appreciated! It was well received at the good time and I know it provided some comfort at a really hard time. THANK YOU SO MUCH <3

On june 21, 2023 in the morning i bought flowers and a card for my niece graduation. I paid it but i had to pass between 3-3:30 pm to pick it up . In the afternoon when i passed the person in the boutique was talking on the phone for more than 5 minutes, and i had to interupt her . She was rude saying that i have to notice that she is talking on the phone ... Then she went somewhere and told me that she could not find my flowers . I was start to get anxious . Any way finally she found the bouquet. But i would say if you need something at time do not trust this boutique.

This 5 star review is only for Tamara. She is the nice lady who speaks English over the phone and was able to help me deliver some flowers to my sister. Whoever answers the phone in the mornings and doesn't have good English hung up on me and told me the flowers were sent when they weren't just to get me out of the way. She should be should spoken to. I spent 60 dollars and you guys missed the delivery on her birthday. Had to call back numerous times and finally Tamara was the one who got this purchase dealt with couple days after.

Walked in to see if they could help me with some plastic pot inserts for some pots I already had. A very sweet lady took time to look through what she had and give me what might fit. I couldn’t find what I needed at Home Depot, Reno Depot or Rona and here she was solving the problem. I bought a beautiful baby plant and her flowers looked amazing. Support local businesses. They are our community! This place has great plants and flowers.

I orders $120 of f flowers y be delivered. They did no t in 8 hours. When I called back. The lady where work there told me to talk in French. Becs she is not comfortable in English. I find that u should always cater to ur clients . Esp when u do not deliver on time. So please consider this review.
