The chicken wings are good. The cocktails and mocktails were not great! They should have more flavors and options on their menu!

My gf and I decided to stop by Montanas on argentia for the first time in years. I’m glad we did! We were served by Lauren. She was at our table within a couple minutes of us sitting, which was quite impressive in comparison to many other restaurants we’ve visited. Super friendly and attentive service! We decided to get the rib and mexi wing combo to share as we didn’t have huge appetites. The portion sizes are worth the cost. Over all very happy that we decided to stop by this location. As it’s close to home, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Lauren for your amazing and attentive service!

Aright went to the Argentia location. Didnt have to wait. Went with the family. Loved that they had a carrier sling for my baby. Order came on a good time. Waitress was great. Food was amazing. I got the fried chicken and mash. Kids meal was a cheese pizza, too thick tho. Aaa steak for hubby. Steak is 7/10. Overall great to get back on the patio. Washrooms are clean and smells good.

First time come here. Very nice decor inside the restaurant. Both appetizers are extremely good. Must try the garlic and cheese pull bread. Taste amazing. The main courses are nice, but the steak is very chewy at the end.

Honestly, kind of disappointed with the food I received. I stopped coming here because of this reason but decided to give it another shot again.I ordered a 12oz steak that definitely was not cheap. I expected the best quality going into a good cut of meat as you would expect as well. I asked for medium rare, simple, not difficult. They come back with the steak basically completely raw on my plate. I was shocked, I asked the server to send it back so they can cook it some more. 5 minutes later she comes back with the steak, I check it, completely raw as before. They didn't even put it on the grill, they left it in the heating window. I was a line cook for a while I can tell when it wasn't put on the grill. She came back, the steak was fully cooked from top to bottom and it wasn't even a medium rare. It was over cooked and rubbery. I paid a lot for that steak and my bill definitely was not cheap. Not happy with my experience. I'm not a picky individual at all, but I'm disappointed in the quality my girlfriend and I received that night. I definitely didn't enjoy my food.

I agree with the other post don’t order take out from this location I have the beef ribs here all the time and I never get a portion like this dinning in.

I love Southern BBQ in general, and I've been to great local restaurants offering Southern BBQ as specialty, but somehow I always return to this place. We've done simple dinners, take outs, birthday and farewell parties here, and Montana's in Argentia has always been a gracious host.Their Honkin' Beef Rib comes highly recommended, though I always go for their pork ribs and wings combo. For the choice of sauce, our favourite would be Chipotle honey and Texas bold, though I like to have the Medium sauce on the side for the fries. Each dish comes with a small corn bread, though if you're a true fan of Southern BBQ, it would be difficult to not order more.
