Secure Tech Alarms

A system installed through an agent named Sara Khan and suppose to be 45 dollars a month but got an invoice 10 dollars extra will be charged every month. On my inquiry Sara khan not attending my call and after I left the voice mail she didn't reply my calls. So pathetic and unprofessional attitude.

Secure Tech Alarm Systems installed a new security camera system for us, with cameras indoors and outdoors. Ralph was very responsive and helpful in explaining and updating the quote to meet our needs. Alex and Matthew did a great job installing the cameras, made sure everything was working well, and even followed up and came back for further tweaks. Thank you!

I don’t even know where to begin to say how bad this company is. The father and son never answer their phones we’ve had camera issues for the past five months and the same answer every time oh my other son who says is a technician will call you to resolve your issue and guess what no call to the point that I am seeking legal advice. Also they’re monitoring system has robotics calls every other day about a faulty Alarm which there isn’t any Save yourself the headache and the over priced installation and do not hire this company

SecureTech service reps take the time to explain how the alarm works so a non-technical person understands. They're always efficient and respectful. They make it easy to work with. I have every confidence in the service they provide.

I had my video surveillance door bell installed by them and I love it! The service is phenomenal. They were extremely nice, professional and flexible with scheduling for installations! Highly recommend their services for great quality at a great value!

I just had an alarm system installed by Secure Tech Alarms and they were amazing. They completed the install in a professional and timely manner. They even cleaned up after themselves, the house is cleaner now than before they installed the system. I strongly recommend them if you need a new alarm system or looking to upgrade your current system.

My contract is over and you keep charging me the same fees. The equipment is paid for and you cannot charge me for it. I spoke with Melanie and she disconnected my call. I called back and got her again and stated she cannot cancel my service if I don't give her a password. Is there no other way for you to authenticate? Are you holding me ransom to keep your service? I asked for a manager and was refused. First time she said there is no one. Second time she said the manager just went in for a meeting. You are essentially forcing me to keep my account open after I have asked you to close my account of the call. If this is not dealt within the end of the day I will be writing to your ombudsman.

I am confuse between Secure Tech and Securtek. SecurTek is cheap initially but will charge $90 for each service. So be careful. They will even charge for wifi change password change. Etc

Secure Tech Alarms has been an extremely professional business partner for many years. Their attention to customer requirements and working relationship with our employees is an excellent example of how a dealer business should be run. End user customer feedback is always positive.

Not an honest company. Started sending hidden invoices as an annual renewal fee which was never mentioned while signing the contract.Stuck with them in a contract... will never renew this laier company... beaware of these people
