Golf Town

Terrible customer service. I purchased a push cart, when I got it home it was missing parts.6 phone calls and 2 extra trips (40km from my house, 160kms of driving) to the store and they still can't figure it out. Most of the phone conversations have been very poor etiquette, like they could care less about why I was calling. The manager" told me the parts were in. I called 1 hour before arriving to pick them up

Great staff that greeted my brother and I kindly. They where helpful when it came to the products. Gave no hassle when returning some items from an online order. Good experience. Great area to test putters.

I don't understand why I keep going back to get disappointed, yet again. I need new grips on my golf clubs. They said it would take 3-4 days to get around to re-gripping them when I called to confirm if they had the ones that I wanted, they could not tell if they had them or not. Since there was a sale, they did not know if they would have them by the time I dropped my clubs off. OK. So I ordered online to my house. I called to confirm if I dropped the 13 clubs off, I could get them 3-4 days later. I am travelling and I want to take them with me. No problem, they said. I went to drop the clubs off, get them bagged, showed them that I brought the grips with me. They entered the info into the system, confirmed the grips were OK for the clubs. I asked as I walked away what day i could pick them up. I needed them in 5 days. They said at least a week (7-10 days)! I told them that i needed them in 5 as I was travelling with them. They said that they got 30 sets of clubs ahead of me so there is no way that they could do them in that timeline. This is not the first time they did not do what they said they could do. So, I have learned my lesson - I'm done with them! I have given to many chances to keep my business. If I were you, I would think twice before dealing with them in any capacity other than in person.

Best store in essex county.had my clubs regrip several times here ..excellent job Carter cant wait to try the Jumbo grips lol

I love Golf Town, but this store in Windsor had not much used clubs which was a little disappointing. But i guess i can't complain about that.

Just had a club repaired after the epoxy was slipping around the hosel (P790). The staff were very friendly and went out of the way to fix the issue quickly, gave me proper feedback, and fixed it correctly with no damage or appearance from heat. Had a great experience prior with re-grips done in a timely manner as well (even with the re-grip event on). Shoe department was extremely helpful in helping me find the right product for me as well. Don't normally review, but these past couple of positive visits warranted the review.

Recently started getting back into golf and went in for a new putter. I had a great fitting experience with Brett. He was excellent, taking the time to walk me through the process, testing different options, identifying my tendencies and finding a putter that best suited my putting style. The overall experience was great and Brett's knowledge and advice really gave me confidence in my choice and ultimately led to me walking out with a new putter I'm looking forward to taking out on the course with me and believe will truly help me sink more putts! For a large retailer they have great knowledgeable staff! I left very satisfied! Thank you very much Brett and the entire Golf Town Windsor team!

Very disappointed. We went into purchase new irons and had told the sales man we were not sure what we were looking for a needed guidance and he could not be bothered to explain or educate us on what to purchase, we picked a set and tried them he never stayed with us so that we could ask questions. We purchased them hoping that they are the right clubs for me. I hope that others will receive better service when going into the Windsor Ontario store. Very disappointed.
