My sister and I have been into the bank many times over the last couple of months. With simple transitions and some complicated transitions. Let me tell you how amazing Grace is. She is super friendly and helpful. She definitely is gold star at customer service which is so rare these days. She often is not only working her on spot but helping to navigate the others as well. However you feel like you are being helped just as efficiently. Grace is super knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. I am always grateful if we are lucky enough for her to help us when we are in. No question to silly to ask about. The TD bank on 8th street is so lucky to have Grace on their team

I took a jar of rolled change to the bank for my son's account. The clerk snickered at me for the jar. I felt like my money wasn't worthy for this institution.

This bank has been going downhill for years. Slow service. Hard to understand. And seemingly worse every year.

Good service with a caveat. Literally every visit I've had at this location they are lined up to the door (Monday an hr after open - Friday mid afternoon - doesn't matter when)If your just cashing a cheque use a different location. Patrons of this location are ALWAYS there for a half hour ordeal with one of the few tellers working

I have been to other banks in Saskatoon and trust me, this is the first time I have seen someone actually taking a pain for your issues. I was almost stuck with my mortgage and it was almost the closing dates that were about to come. Nikita and her manger Tofik took this issue personally and worked day and night to ensured that approval is done before the timelines. Not only they communicated with me back and forth but also worked with their underwriter dedicatedly to ensure my case is completed in timeline. Kudos to both and five star from me. TD Bank- these both guys are assets for your bank.

Generally ok, been using TD for about 20 years for mortgage (renewed 4 times), LOC, daily checking. Was given a special 1 yr interest rate for my LOC by the manager at the time a couple years back, rate renewed by the new manager last year, came back this year to renew. Met with a trainee, no help, I asked for the manager who she said was busy, trainee asked for help from a different teller, again no help. He kept saying 'can't' do this, 'can't' do that...strange how this was done on the spot for the previous 2 years but 'can't' be done this year. I get it, policies change. Long time customer with multiple products and an 850+ credit score? I 'can't' pay 11% interest on my money. Moved my balance to a competitor this morning for less than half that insane rate that they 'can't' negotiate. Daily checking account closing soon as well once I find the time to shop it around.

It says it opens until 8 pm on Wednesdays. I drove for 30 minutes to reach out to this branch, and I just arrived now at 7:50 pm. It is closed. Are you serious?!!!

I went in to make a deposit, was greeted by a client service assistance. Went thru the line very fast and did my banking even faster. THEN I was offered YARD BAGS. These were the best thing all fall-garden season. Thank you TD, 8th Street. You made our clean-up so easy. Is there any left?

Staff was helpful, informative,& friendly.Line ups take a while to go through. But staff is efficient and helpful, so helping you does not take long...

We have been forced to deal with a family members estate which unfortunately for us dealt with this bank. It has been a nightmare from the start. Try to get anyone to call you back is almost impossible. Contact numbers provided by their staff don’t work. Accounts that charge excessive fees. Tried to get an address changed at least 6 times and the mail still goes to the deceased persons old address. I would use a mattress before I ever used this bank. We were told today that the manager would call us…..still waiting. I hope the CEO reads this.
