Peoples Jewelers is a first quality store, we have been assisted by Junaid several times now and I will deal with him going forward due to his knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. I cannot say enough about this gentleman.

I had to special order a ring from the store, and I was told I’d get an email when it shipped. I didn’t get that after a month. I called the store again to confirm my email but the lady just said she couldn’t check my email for me. Super unhelpful and not willing to communicate, I ended up having to get my mom to call them, as I am younger and I’ve never shopped for rings. She really had to push just to see if my ring was there or not. Im inexperienced and didn’t know that you guys suck at communication. If it weren’t for my mother I never would’ve gotten my ring.

So I had bought a Michael Kors watch about 2 years ago from Spareparts, and now it is pretty scratched up can't even see some of then numbers. Anyway, I went back to Spareparts to get a quote on fixing the scratch on the front. They said they couldn't help me and sent me to the Bay. So I went there and they quoted me at $300 (the watch was $340 brand new). So I just left it since that is way too expensive. Since then I needed a new battery for my watch, so I stopped at Peoples in Lawson Mall. The lady helped me right away even though I didn't even buy the watch from there. Then she asked if I wanted a quote to fix the scratches as well. She gave me a quote for the battery and to fix the scratches, $100! I could not believe this. Peoples will have my business for a very long time. You have amazing staff, that give excellent service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
