What a great afternoon my husband and I had on the Taste of the ByWard Market food tour! Every stop was absolutely delicious. There was so much food on the tour that I took my final tasting home with me. Stefanie was a wonderful guide - friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She has great relationships with all of the tasting stop owners and we really felt warmly welcomed by all of them. I’ve visited Ottawa many times but learned and saw lots in the market area that I had no idea about. Thank you Stefanie for such a great tour!

Such a fun date night with my husband! Chef George and Arnold were absolutely amazing and made our night so fun! Would 100% recommend for any one of any age and you will surely leave full and happy!

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The class was gift from our children for Christmas and although it is a little expensive for our normal tastes, the food was delicious and the chef, I believe Arno? (hope I got this correct) , was terrific and very helpful. We would consider doing this again. At our age,(we are both seniors) there is little in the way of tangible things that we need, therefore, experiences like this one are a much better way to spend our money.

Chef Georges was truly entertaining and we were extremely happy to have participated in a couples dining class. Will for sure repeat. I recommend bringing friends and don’t forget the wine.

I had the most amazing vegetarian class made even more special by the great chef Simon and the rest of the staff.We laughed and learned so much. I would highly recommend any class at C’est Bon in Ottawa

Each course as impressive as the last! A range of techniques are practiced in each one-night session. Mastering the Basics: Cakes did not disappoint, yielding a fantastic Chocolate Almond Marquise Cake. Knife Skills: Chicken was amazing. Chefs are helpful, generous with their extensive knowledge. Professional learning environment. Highly recommend. Last class (for me) tonight - mmmm, chocolate! Wonderful experience, two thumbs, way, way up! Can't wait to book more classes in future!

Personable, well-spoken tour guide. Delicious food , with usual and unusual taste experiences, and as a bonus delightful companions and hospitable chefs.We are not dessert people, so the tour tapered off for us, but our companions were in sugar bliss. The drink option is not good value, IMO. The photo shows the amazing process the chef shared in making a Tikka wrap.

I purchased a cooking class for my husband for Christmas this past year, and we have been looking forward to this class since. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Such knowledgeable information and leading, incredible food, personable interactions, and just a downright FUN night!There were only 8 people in our class which made it intimate and more one on one with Chef. My husband and I would recommend this class 1000%. Chef George was phenomenal, and you can tell he truly has a passion for his craft.We will be enjoying our leftovers from class for lunch today (because there was so much food!), and we're already excited to book our next class.Thank you Chef George, you are amazing!

I attended a Friday night cooking class with my Fiance as a date night idea, hoping to have a good time and good food. Man did C'est Bon and George (the Co-Head Chef) deliver! It was fun, enjoyable, educational and delicious. The elk we cooked together was very good, but the fun and inviting environment that George created among the 10 people who attended was even better! Very worth the money, highly recommend.

My partner and I attended the sushi class yesterday and were very impressed by the overall experience.-The room is immaculate with great AC for comfort.-The Chef was entertaining, pleasant and very knowledgeable.-The class was limited to 8 people so no one was neglected.-We learnt many new skills and the sushi we made was delicious!-We also walked out with a VERY generous amount of food so we got our money's worth. :)
