I have been going to the Spa for over 2 years now to see Iveta who is a registered massage therapist, and I won’t ever go anywhere else, Iveta is the best!! She’s so knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and techniques, she is certified in so many techniques and knows how to find those tight spots and areas causing a lot of pain and her massages always leave me feeling a thousand times better than when I first walked in. Iveta is truly the most gifted RMT I’ve been to, and I’ve been to so many throughout the years because I was never really happy with the massages I got until I found Iveta! I can’t recommend her enough!I also got a facial by Cheryl and I really enjoyed it. She was very knowledgeable and educated me about my skin and the products she was using during the facial and my skin was glowing after for days!The Spa is super nice and has an amazing ambiance and the staff are always so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend the Spa as an amazing spot to really relax and treat yourself!

Allison is the best! Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They use the best products and my skin feels incredible.

I went for a manicure with my daughter's. I will never return for one again. The lady working on my nails was great, but within an hour after having my nails done the Polish started to lift. My one daughter was pleased with her nails, although they only did one coat of paint which left them almost see through and missed a lot of the sides of her nails. My other daughter left in tears because there was Polish all over the sides of her nails/skin, they missed most of the nails and a VERY poor job. Every moment there was very rushed. I was extremely unimpressed because all they said was it's hard to do little kids nails". Once we got home I was asked to remove the Polish and re-did them myself. She was very happy with the job I did for her. $100.00 wasted and bad moods all around after we left from our much needed girls day. Would never recommend going there for a manicure."

I had the pleasure of experiencing the friendly and professional atmosphere of The Spa while having hair and make-up done for my son's wedding yesterday. We all had hair done by either Gabriela or Tara and Maria did all of our make-up. Everyone was thrilled with how their hair and make-up turned out. Gabriela, Tara and Maria listened to what we all wanted and provided some well accepted ideas of their own. They were so proficient with their services we had extra time to enjoy our lunch before getting ready for photos prior to the ceremony!I definitely recommend The Spa for your wedding, graduation or prom day services. While there, check out the multitude of medical grade skincare services they provide too!

Love The Spa not only do they use amazing products but their staff is so knowledgeable and always friendly! Environment is clean and refreshing

If you're looking for a great facial or massage the Spa is the perfect place. Diane does amazing facials. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. It's the only spa that will ever go back to for these services.

Booking a last minute getaway at the Langdon Hall Hotel and Spa, Cambridge, ON, we were disappointed their own spa was fully booked for the length of our stay, so thanks to Google Maps, we found The Spa! I’ve got a 2h body wrap treatment- which I totally loved: from the bubbly massage bath, to the amazing body scrub and also the massage at the end, leaving my skin softer than a newborn’s, and my husband got an 1h treatment massage for his back and then a facial: he also loved the quality of each service, the professionalism and how clean the place was. I was amazed with the results of his facial treatment: just amazing! Now I just wish I could go back soon to get a facial myself...

The staff at The Spa are incredibly kind and the atmosphere is cosy and peaceful, I cannot express how wonderful my experience there was. Natasha gave me my very first facial and she did a terrific job addressing the skin concerns I had mentioned, my skin looks fantastic. Natasha was highly knowledgeable, unbelievably friendly and welcoming. It was such a comfortable experience that I felt as though a friend I've known for years was pampering me. There is no doubt in my mind that I'll be back and this will become a frequent routine. I'm excited about my next appointment in January!

It's unfortunate that I booked an appointment for my wife here, based on the awesome reviews it has. This was supposed to be her FIRST experience at ANY Spa. I did the booking online using my information as this was a surprise gift for our anniversary AND in case payment was taken online, I wanted my information to match.I FORCED my wife to take the day off work and told her to be at this location for a specific time, no other details, as again, this was a gift for our anniversary.Upon arrival my wife was asked for her name - which was not on the booking. She explained that her husband made the appointment and she did not know any of the details other than cost. Sharing a last name - This could have been easily resolved. Instead, long story short, she ended up being let out the door with no resolution and no service. I was told someone walked out to try and find her as you realized your mistake. Hard to believe as my wife was on foot, walking down a straight road... you couldn't have tried very hard.In your line of work, people come to you to relieve stress and forget about life for a couple of hours. Not to mention, spend a couple of hundred dollars as well. My wife was looking forward to this appointment for a MONTH just to be turned away, putting her in tears and if anything, creating MORE stress.The point of this review is not to get a reply, and not to belittle your business, but to hopefully make sure that a situation like this does not happen again. In the future, I will take the advice of one of your other reviewers and try the spa in the mall, as apparently its cheaper, better customer service and a high quality service is provided.
