I had a great experience from start to finish with my purchase at Ashley Home Store. I purchased a dining table with 4 dining chairs with the help of Kamy at the store. He was thorough, not pushy, and also honoured the price as advertised. The product came delivered exactly as I expected with no damages (new condition as it should be). Delivery was also extremely seamless with great communication from set up to the day-of and I was impressed with the friendly, efficient delivery staff (Eric and Jay). Great experience overall.

My family purchased a bed from this Ashley location a few years ago (September 2019). We got Ashley to send in their “professionals” to install the bed for us. Almost after a few days of installation and having used the bed, we heard this squeaking sound coming from the left side of the bed. We asked Ashley furniture to come and take a look. They sent their “professionals” but they could not figure out what the issue was. They recommended that we put a carpet underneath the bed.Present day, I decided to investigate myself to see where the sound was originating from. I was able to easily narrow it down (which by the way Ashley's professionals" could not). It turns out that the left side of the bed is assembled VERY BADLY. So many of the screws are loose and not aligned properly. The parts on the left sides are not even flush against each other. Some of the plates connecting two separate parts are installed at an angle that the screws holding them together are coming apart. All of this poor installation job is causing major squeaking on the bed. This is honestly the worst put together piece of furniture I have ever seen and I wish I could give zero stars. I honestly think that I can do a better job at putting together an Ikea bed than these so called “professionals” sent by Ashley.In the pictures you can see the poor job done by Ashley at assembling this bed. The pictures with a checkmark is the right side and you can see that it looks correct when compared to the left side. The left side has these major gaps.Side note: We also purchased a dining table from them. I find that the chairs of the dining table are really coming apart and also made poorly. However

I went in yesterday and Tim helped my partner and I find the perfect sectional couch for our new home. We are moving out of town and came to Ashley because they had one near the town we are moving. The plan was initially to purchase there and pickup at the other location where we are moving. That didn’t work out, but Tim eagerly problem solved and managed to get our couch to be prepared to be picked up the morning we move with our Uhaul truck. Great service and very receptive to our budget, needs, dislikes, and preferences. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality furniture!Picture included is the couch Tim helped us find !

We got our new sofa here, and we are very satisfied. They have some good stuff in the clearance area, can go check it out and see if you find something that fits your house.Our sales associate is Kamy, he is very nice and understanding about our requirements, he have helped us find the right sofa we liked.

Great at selling but no follow up with customer service. I purchased a very expensive desk . Delivered Dec 9th, after a couple weeks the off gas smell was unbearable. They sent someone to “smell test” confirmed it was bad indeed. Given carbon filter and told it would help. Fast forward a month later.. many calls asking store to take back the desk. The off gas is toxic and I live in a condo.. can’t just put it outside. I am assured weekly that they will pick it up.. but no one calls back and no managers take any responsibility .. extremely disappointed!! No direct phones to stores anymore!! Can only call 1-800 and they are not helpful!!!And, I see they only respond to good reviews here!

We would like to compliment Chad for his first class service a few days ago. We felt heard and he seemed to understand what our needs were very early in our interactions with him. We received amazing service and we are thrilled with our services

I think I have to change this review because the couch we chose didn't arrive within the agreed time and I wasn't informed by anyone that it wouldn't be delivered today, just sent a message telling me I wasn't sure about the delivery time, me and my wife I waited for their delivery at home all day, and I contacted the store at 3:00 p.m. to tell me that there was no delivery, and asked me to reschedule the delivery. This is their service, so good！

Nice furniture- sadly the couch I ordered didn’t fit in my apartment because of a turn in my hallway. Greg and his manager (whose name I forgot but was very very very kind) handled the return very well considering the issue, and the refund was deposited promptly. I was nervous because of their t&c (which you can read about for yourself) but it all ended well and I’m super impressed with their customer service.

A lot of collections and good display items. The associate helped much with all the questions and support. There are some prices that came extra finally at the purchase which could have been mentioned before
