ServiceMaster Restore of Grande Prairie

When water and then mold were found in our basement bedroom, we put our faith in ServiceMaster Restore of Grande Prairie to remove the damage and repair our home to its previous condition. We were totally impressed with the timeliness and quality of their work, and we will look to them again should the need ever arise.

Dealt with a gentleman called Jindy! He did his best to save us money and offer his advice on how to correct the problems ourselves. He didn’t try to push sales or talk us out of doing it ourselves to make more money. He listened and made suggestions and even gave me his cell to send pics so he can show us where to put the dehumidifier and fan they rented out to us! Jindy are a service master! I will forever be a returning client!

Amazing to work with all around! Their teams are efficient, excellent with communication and easy to work schedules out with. They made dealing with my water damage repairs and insurance claim easier than I could have imagined and went above and beyond to ensure I was aware of my options and the work was done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Woke up with a foot and a half of water in the basement after a shut off valve malfunctioned.Jindy was out within 4 hours and his team out the next day after the water was drained. Awesome crew..the ladies took great care packing up everything and the men did all the heavy lifting and removal..great bunch of fast/hard working guys that my son thought they should get a raise

We had a sewer backup and Servicemaster was so prompt to come out on a Saturday and had everything cleaned and sanitized in no time. We are only part way through our restoration and they have been a DREAM to work with. Great communication with leads and management. Have answered all my questions, and I have literally just sat back while they deal with everything and I just pick my replacement stuff I like. And the staff…. omg the staff have been AMAZING! So respectful of me and my family and my home. So refreshing to listen to them laugh and whistle a tune and getting the job done quickly but also going above and cleaning up so well after themselves and others. I am so beyond impressed already!

I would like to thank Jindy and his crew that were sent to clean up a small sewer back up that happen in our basement. They were responsive, professional and were here super quick and did such an amazing job. I would highly recommend them 10/10! Thank you again so much!

Service Masters has exceeded my expectations by far! They were very efficient, understanding, able to answer all of my questions,and just simply amazing to have in my home to complete the work! Would highly recommend to anyone needing restoration.

We were one of the individuals who were part of the Dunes West Wildfire early in May 2023. We were evacuated for 13 days and our power was cut for 12 days. When we came home we were very fortunate, to have no fire or smoke damage. But unfortunately we had to dispose of our two refrigerators and deep freeze which were contaminated with rotting food. Jindy from Service Master Grande Prairie showed up the day of our return to our home and they began working on dealing with cataloguing what was in all three appliances. Worked with our insurance company and then came and emptied the three appliances disposed of the food and move the appliance to the outside for safe disposal. In the process they were extremely polite and prompt, they even showed us where they made a few minor dents in the walls moving the deep freeze up the stairs and they indicated that they would be back to repair those things. After they left, we discovered that the water line to our old refigerator was not fully shutdown. Service Master had a flooring contractor and plumber here within 2 hours to fix and deal with those things too. We had nothing to worry about from the moment we call Service Master of Grande Prairie. We will definitely use them again or speak their praises to anyone .
