They do come in and revamp suites to charge double or sometimes triple the original rent prices. Then they slowly start to add fees in order to increase their revenue. Pretty name, pretty mission statement for a company leading the charge in the housing crisis. Oh but yeah painting the build was... cool?

I have contacted the manager, the developer, and all I have gotten back is silence.The AC has once again stopped working and the unit temperature is rising above comfort level. This is so frustrating as we have not had proper AC in our unit since we've moved in. Multiple complaints have been sent and the problem is not resolving, only getting worse.It is not fair for us to suffer through the heatwaves again this summer, and continuously having issues with unresolved AC/ thermostat problems.Please send someone ASAP to get this problem fixed.

I am leaving in a condo managed by Tribe Management and having a really bad experience now,. They never answered the emails. There was some issue last weekend which concierge couldn’t handle. Property manager didn’t reply the emails and no way to reach him. There is no explanation or apology for why it happened over the weekend until now. I also talked about the parking lot security to the property manager, but again, he never said anything about that.Not only that, I emailed to AP team to apply something a week ago, and haven’t received any emails from them. I emailed them last night again and no answer.Management company who manage my condo, never reply the owner’s emails. Where my money goes??? I will email to AP team again, will see if they answer.

Merry Christmas, look at the great Christmas gift that the Tribe apartment offered me, a place with smelly unsourced water flowing and flying ants. Two beautiful rivers are flowing in my apartment and I love this scenery so much.Oh guess where this place is? hint: VANCOUVER!Guess what they said, they’ll wait for next year for repairs, since no one working on holiday.Worst management ever, think twice before marking deal.

I was looking for strata documents and was redirected to another government website. I have another condo unit which is under Tribe property management and their services are not up to par. Especially the accounting department which they delay more than two months to report the transaction and not accruing the invoices so it's very hard to gauge the expenditure of the strata for budget purposes. The PM is inexperienced and lack of ability to answer most day to day business. Overall not satisfied with Tribe. There are not too many large PM companies out there and decent managers.

Our strata has been with Tribe for a couple of years now and the service has been top notch. The financials are clear, accurate, and timely. Good communications from both PM and management. Our PM is knowledgeable in regards to building issues, provides good trade contacts, and is responsive to owner/resident needs. Their electronic platform (which we should probably use more often) is a bonus. Finding good property management can be a challenge, and we are happy to have made the move to Tribe.

*** Response to follow up Edit***As stated to Michelle, leaving the responsibility for placing the orders to the Owners leaves Owners in a situation where they are using a site that they are not familiar with using since they are not typically Conveyancers ordering these documents on a regular basis. The website you are indicating you have to hover over the tiniest I" button to see anything

Complains and maintenance requests goes goes nowhere after 7 times+ and are not dealt with. Tribe do not manage anything, they just have a website. Since theyare managing " our building

This company is a joke. For the last few years they’ve managed our condo building, we have a new manager every 3-6 months at max. They’re always impossible to contact and do not answer emails. When they don’t totally ignore them, they’ll address the first line and ignore the rest. They had the actual audacity to yell at my mom for calling them, after ignoring multiple emails about an ant infestation, and then say it’s our fault and we aren’t allowed to eat on our balcony (which, we hadn’t been doing and no, this is an ongoing issue that Tribe themselves condescendingly told us on every single page of their last update to “report IMMEDIATELY.” But also pardon you, we can’t eat on our balcony? Interesting new rule that doesn’t exist. But go off, I assume you’ll be gone soon just like every other management we’ve had). Their incompetence is only overshadowed by the rudeness we’ve experienced as owners. It’s actually quite stunning how awful they are.Oh, I should mention they took double strata payments from some people and then put the onus on the owners to call them about it; you don’t have a computer that can tell you who you double charged and how do you even manage such a mistake? Well, it’s Tribe so it makes sense.
