Referred to these guys with my older model quad and they were great! Despite being a busy time of year, they got me in and turned around the service quickly. They were able to source me new tires and have it ready ahead of the long weekend. Will use these guys again!

Doug and Ross are the most reliable and knowledgeable mechanics when it comes to not only motorcycles but any atv’s. They are quick and dependable but also professional and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for maintenance on their bike, quad, or atv.

Finally, an honest motorcycle repair shop! Doug and family were fair, honest and up front with a bike repair quote. The repairs were completed within the timeframe promised and as quoted. There were NO hidden fees or costs. I really appreciated the time Doug spent discussing a clutch modification I require for my next bike. I highly recommend this motorcycle shop!

Doug and Ross at Twisted Steel are honestly GREAT and offer fairly competitive prices. Went there for an Out of Province inspection, last week and they are very dependable, thorough and quick! He was expecting to finish the bike the next day, but instead over-delivered and got it done same day. Very genuinely try to help & deliver for their customers.Amazing customer service (super friendly), great & reliable team - definitely knows what they are doing and I'll continue to take my bike there for any future repairs, without any hesitation.Thank you

Ross and the team at twisting steel went above and beyond. I’m not one for writing reviews, but when you experience customer service at such a high level, I couldn’t help but give a 5 star review. Quality, price, and turnaround were all exceptional. Won’t take my bike anywhere else!

This is by far the best shop in town. They have the best rates, the owner and his staff are amazing. They're always swamped, but always find ways to fit me in. The owner does everything possible to work with you, to help with cost as much as possible. Turnaround is pretty quick.Highly recommend this shop.
