I have been a client for more than a couple of decades. Haven and the staff are like family to me. The quality of all the service that my husband and I receive for any and all services is exceptional! This is one of Sudbury's finest Salon & Spa experiences!

Had a great pedicure and enjoyed a peaceful 2hrs with my mom. It was a bit awkward at the end as they were closing up all around us as we sat at the entrance waiting for our toes to dry so we could leave. Also, the pedicure area was a bit cool (probably so the workers don't overheat) and I wish I had brought a sweater.

Love this little local spa!Always smells great upon entering! They sell the same candles they light in the shop and they are absolutely to die for.Extensive range of affordable spa services, including an oncology spa.

The booking process was very easy. Massage was good. But I think you shouldn't book people for the last appointments if you're going to rush them out of the place. I understand that there is a closing time, but after out massage session, we were pretty much rushed to get out as the place was closing, not exactly very professional.
