Very knowledgeable, has lots of experience and has great time management skills. I was at his shop twice, the bmw dealer quoted me outrageous prices and had poor diagnostics.Koosha was able to tell me exactly where the problems where and a proper break down of parts and labour. Make sure you receive a quote before taking it elsewhere. Great technician at this shop.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM BIMMER HAUS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST!!I HAD A REALLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. I went to change brake pads and rotors on my X3 and got a $1,500 quote. Then I left it for repair, and he called me and said that my car's front differential oil ($200), rear differential oil ($200), transfer case oil ($300) and coolant flush ($180) had to be repaired (It's a trick they do. Never be fooled!).When I got there, only the brake pads (Textar) had been replaced, but it was $980 (not even replacing rotors) and I had to pay a total of $2,400 including other oils.But since then, I have visited 4 times due to the occurrence of serious noise and vibration from the brakes, and every time I visit, he repeated the words that it was “normal” without looking at my car. So, I went to a BMW shop and got the car checked again, and I heard something really shocking. I was told that the brake replacement was not done properly and that there was no sign that the front/rear differential oil and transfer case oil had been replaced. Because there was absolutely no need to replace it.In the end, I went to another garage and did the same job again, and I'm satisfied.I AM TRULY AMAZED AT HOW THIS PLACE IS IN BUSINESS STILL.

Caution! Be Very Aware read all the reviews get everything I writing. They are never there never in the shop and want storage fees for doing nothing at all. There are so many good ICBC approved BMW repair shops try one of them any one for decent honest service!

This place is not recommended at all. I checked google review and even after negative reviews I thought to try it for my BMW. I called this guy named Koosha one day before about initial checkup fee. Guy said there will not be any charge. Next day I reached there and as soon as he started inspecting and car was lifted, he said this checkup will be 90$. First of all this guy was not at all friendly to talk.I had told him that that my budget is limited strictly. He kept the car and said will call me in 3 hours. He called me and gave me details about what need to be fixed and approx budget was $350. I had also asked to changed the head light of my car and had given my own bulb. About that he said there is some electrical problem so we will leave that.When I reach there, my Bill is $ 1400 (Including tax) and he said I had okayed for oil change etc etc as well. After arguing he says to me that I have understanding problem...wow..He even charged me for changing the buld even though it was not working...Great..So Overall..In my opinion this guy tries to keep things open and wont tell you about the charges until you ask. So suggestion, even if you go there be sure to ask for each and every charge..

These guys are great! I needed a full service on my 2002 BMW 330i and a co-worker recommended this place to me. I dropped my car off in the morning, and was able to pick it up later that day...had the oil changed, spark plugs, air-filters, and all my fluids flushed. Very friendly, quick service, and great prices.

Posting this for my friend John from Calgary who had his X5 fixed there. Its a one man shop so you know you are dealing with the guy who will actually work on your car. John had the infamous transmission failsafe problem - it had done 177K. He asked him just to change the transmission oil first to see if that fixed it, unfortunately not so the valve had to be replaced. It was done quickly and at a fair price. Will complete the review when the car is driven back to Calgary on June 18!OK, drive back to Calgary and then on to Edmonton went well so definitely happy to recommend!

Koosha is a knowledgeable, straight forward guy who serviced my 335i. He's a one-man show who's going to get it done for you at fair price. Don't expect cushy service which you get at a dealership, which you definitely pay for. If you want no nonsense, get-to-the-point service, come to Bimmer Haus. You want a free coffee, a paper and a lounge while your car spends all day in a shop for a $300 oil change, go to the dealer.

I bought a 1996 318is from this place back in 2005 and it was the biggest mistake I had ever made in my life.This place buys total loss BMWs from ICBC and fix it up and sell it to make a profit. I have no problem buying a salvage vehicle IF it was repaired right. Unfortunately, I’ve learned the hard way. The car was not repaired correctly. Just to name a few problems with the car I have bought from this place, the body frame was not straightened, radiator was zipped tied onto the body frame!!! The reason he can't bolt down the radiator was because the whole chassis was not straightened in the first place. To make matters worse, the engine was not resting on the engine motor mount which leads to really bad engine vibration. The next day when I went back and asked the guy for a full refund he wanted $1500 restocking fee!!!Just a piece of advice from people who's planning to buy anything from this place to simply WALK AWAY!! DON'T BUY FROM BIMMER HAUS!!!!! I guarantee you will regret it if you do!!!!!

I bought my second BMW a 2001 328i from Koosha 5 years ago and have had him do all of the maintenance to date. I found him to be professional, courteous, and very reasonable when it comes to his pricing. I see some negative reviews here which is surprising. He has many years of experience specializing in BMW only. BMW owners of Vancouver are lucky to have this as an option. To those who complain here I wonder if any of them have tried taking their car to the dealership. I will continue to drive BMW's as long as Bimmer Haus is in Business

My older 3-series car has been regularly serviced & maintained at Bimmer Haus. I usually call ahead to book an appointment and drop off my car the morning of the appointment. Usually receives a call from Koosha within the hour with an assessment of work required & the accruing prices. I trust his realistic assessments as he is not too pushy & down-to-earth" as he recommends only that which is needed. The prices are very fair in comparison to other places I've been to. I usually return to pick up my Rejuvenated "Old Faithful" BMW several hours later
