Rarely leave reviews but had such a good customer experience with Sasha here that I felt the need to leave one. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. In an age when good customer service is hard to find, she shined like a candle burning in a dark room. I will surely recommend this outlet if only for the customer service.

Very kind and helpful. My phone gave up on me and I needed an emergency replacement quickly. I was dreading having to find a fix on a Friday evening going into a long weekend, but Mahdi got me set up quick and easy. He helped me pick something that would fit all of my work needs without being to much of an unexpected expense. I've been getting all of my phones here since 2008 and they have always been great!

My partner and I updated our iPhones at this kiosk. We could not have asked for better service. Ali was kind, patient, friendly and meticulous in explaining every step. He made sure all info and data were transferred without a hitch to our new ones.We highly recommend this kiosk. Kudos to the teams and especially to Ali.

I came in today to transfer my information from my old phone to my new phone, Ali was extremely polite and helpful. He transferred everything from my old Samsung to my new iPhone. Ali even went as far as to help me reset 3 of my gmail accounts passwords because I had forgotten them. I recommend Ali to anyone who wants to setup their phone and receive the best service! Ali went above and beyond!

Ali was extremely helpful and polite. He was very patient with all the complicated things I was asking to have and was able to complete and update everything I asked for. When I come to upgrade my phone I am definitely going to request Ali again!Ken and Naphalie were also really awesome to get information and assistance from.
