It’s always great and the service is amazing

Lack of knowledge with a return from an online order from management. Made the experience very uncomfortable. Floor staff were helpful and friendly.

I went in today to make 3 different returns 2 online returns and 1 that I purchased in store. It was a bit more of a complicated return and they mentioned they just updated their systems so doing returns is a bit different now. Throughout the whole process the two girls that did the returns for me were so pleasant and kind. I feel like sometimes you go into a store to make a return and the worker can make you feel so unwanted, almost like you’re inconveniencing them. I felt bad because like I said I had 3 different returns and it was a bit complicated for them to do but they were so kind and apologetic for me having to wait which I didn’t mind at all. Will definitely be coming back! Great service.

The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us find items we were looking for.

The younger part time/ seasonal staff is amazing but the older managers (male brown hair and female dirty blonde hair) at cash were very rude. Myself and another gentlemen refused to buy any product and walked out of the store after being treated unfairly and spoken to very rudely in front of multiple customers.I understand it is the holidays and everyone is very busy but having good customer service is a part of your job.

I went into the store today with my daughter and one of the managers Matthew helped us pick out a couple things. This kid is amazing, so polite and a pleasure to deal with.He is what customer service is about! Good job Matthew

I went to get jeans today for the first time (last time I wore jeans was when my parents dressed me). I was nervous because I didn’t know the styles or my size or what I like at all. I’ve always HATED jeans, everything about them. I hated the texture and the way they fit and also how little stretch and room there is in them. For the longest time I’ve just worn leggings, trackpants and cargo pants. Today, I decided it was time for me to give jeans another chance, and THANK GOD I DID! I went into the store and was greeted by this really sweet lady (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) but when I told her my situation she welcomed me with open arms and helped me get a feel for what I was looking for and might like. She then directed me to a sales associate (I want to say her name was Maddy) who was SO SWEET! She walked through the store with me showing me the different styles and explained what the fit meant as well as showing me how much stretch. Together we found 4 initial pairs to try on, and while I was in the change room, the whole team went around trying to find other jeans they thought I might like (my boyfriend told me this afterwards). They went above and beyond. They even brought me two more pairs for me to try on and when i opened the door to grab them, Maddy had the sweetest reaction telling me how great I looked in these jeans (which totally boosted my confidence). They ticked all my boxes, the jeans I got today fit me AMAZING, they’re super stretchy and flexible and they’re so soft and comfortable!! I have now changed my mind about jeans (well at least AE jeans that is). Thank you to this wonderful team for going above and beyond for me, you have no idea how much it meant to me to have you help me through this experience (which I was so anxious for ). I appreciate every bit of it, and I’d like you to know you made me feel so happy and comfortable.

I have to say that every time I shop here, it is a quick, professional and very customer orientated experience that is experienced! I unfortunately did not get the young managers name, but he was absolutely amazing to deal with! Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable!Celine was the salesperson that handled my inquiries and returns with utmost kindness, professionalism and so Amazing to deal with! American Eagle is very fortunate to have great Employees like they do! Thank you so very much!

Writing a review about the staff at the Barrie location. I was shopping with my twelve year old daughter. Out of the corner of my eye I saw one of the staff (later found out her name was Jessica) picked her nose and was wiping it on the clothes rack. This is something I wouldn’t expect especially if I’m spending $35.00 for a top.Disgusted to say the least
