Dr. Leonardi has changed my life in the best way! I’ve been suffering from endometriosis for almost 10 years. From day one he was caring, validating, incredibly knowledgeable and just a nice guy! He gave me treatment options in which I went with a hysterectomy that he performed in January of this year. I never thought I’d have relief from my symptoms, my recovery was smooth, and I’m just so grateful to him!! Dr. Leonardi is a master of his field, and an angel who’s driven to help women in this often dismissed state. A few months ago, I underwent Endometriosis surgery performed by Dr. Leonardi and his team. It was life changing! I had endometrioma in multiple locations that were causing me chronic pain every day. Some days I could not walk from the pain. The surgery was very successful. Dr. Leonardi was very thorough and was able to remove all, as well as save my ovary. He is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him and his team.

After having 2 failed/incomplete surgeries for stage 4 endometriosis, meeting with Dr. Leonardi and his team was like an absolute breath of fresh air. The level of skill, knowledge, and care are above and beyond the (unfortunate) current standard of care. Had I received proper care from the beginning, utilizing advanced ultrasound, as well as MRI imaging, I would probably only require 1 surgery, not possibly 3.I also appreciate how a more holistic approach to managing endometriosis is also taken by the clinic, focusing on educating patients on the many treatments and strategies for us to consider.It is abundantly clear Dr. Leonardi is invested in his work and determined to change the way those with endometriosis receive care. I have stage 4 endometriosis but no one ever diagnosed it. My left kidney atrophied and my bowel got damaged but doctors were advising that I am perfectly fine and I need to consult a psychologist for severe dysmenorrhea. Then I met Dr. Mathew Leonardi who understood my problems, did the accurate diagnosis and finally operated me. Now, I have started feeling better. I don’t know who the best doctor is. But according to me the doctor who can diagnose your problem is the one. And that is Dr. Leonardi. He is the best doctor I have ever met who understands his patients and treat them in the way they deserve. Had I met him earlier, my life would have been much better. But better late than never.
