I have been seeing Jessica for over 10 months now and the level of care is always impressive! Today I had my second acupuncture session, which Jessica had recommended as part of my treatment, and it was a great experience! I had immediate positive effects from conditions that I had been experiencing for years.I highly recommend the reflexology treatment as well!Thank you for continuing to help me on my path to healing!Jessica is awesome!She truly cares about her clients.The treatment I received has helped me so much! I highly recommend her for anyone else that suffers from sciatica.

Best reflexology and acupressure on the south coast. Skilled practitioners, and a clean relaxing environment. Across from the ocean and walking distance to Whiterock beaches. Your feet will thank you.

Very clean environment. Amazing foot reflexology with Vivian. Enjoyed the experience. Will definately be back. Just give your parking spot number to the desk, they will pay for parking. If no parking, they will buzz the underground to let you in. Great experience.

This place is fabulous for massages and foot reflexology. I also believe they have acupuncture as well.The place is clean and has nice decor.I would highly recommend booking with Jessica, Stella, and Vivian.

Treated a friend to reflexology today. The facility is very clean, excellent customer service and very reasonably prices! Amazing how great my feet felt afterwards. These ladies really know their stuff, I will definitely return!

I absolutely love this place! They were recommended to me by a friend. I got both reflexology and a full body massage and it was the best! The staff here makes you feel super welcome and comfortable when you come in. Not to mention the services leave you feeling relaxed and grounded again. I am definitely going to be a regular. Tried out The Knead Wellness Centre today and it was AWESOME! I've been to some of the other local reflexology clinics and Jessica and David are hands down" the best! Will be a regular here. I feel 100% better than I did when I walked in
