IRIS Optometrists and Opticians - Richmond

This location IRIS service practice is quite different from the one I had before. Usually, doctor visit fee is covered by insurance in other IRIS location but this location asked me to pay 60$. After I informed other IRIS location procedure and asked the reason for their extra charge, doctor kindly waived the extra charge. I guess that makes the receptionist a bit upset as I saw that in her attitude. Dr. Grace service is good.

Dr Lui, Rose and the team at Iris 642 have always gone above and beyond. Today my son needed an emergency appointment for metal in his cornea and Dr Lui was kind and extremely compassionate towards him. Thank you all so much!

I have been buying my sunglasses and reading glasses for about 20 years at this place. But David is absolutely the guy to go to if you need anything. He is knowledgeable and patient and looks after you like you are his relative!Sanela Hasani

I was recommended by this facility by my family doctor and was not disappointed.Customer Service - Everyone from the receptionist, doctor, and staff were all accommodating were helpful and courteous. Although the exam was originally intended for an hour, they did not rush and we ended up taking 1H45Min. They made sure my eye dilation wore off before I drove to ensure my safety.Value - I was totally ready to purchase a new pair of glasses but after the eye exam it was in their honest opinion that they thought I did not require it but if I felt strongly about it that they would help me - feels great not to be talking to sales vultures.Knowledge - I haven't had an eye exam for a decade and they answered all my questions and gave me online and paper resources about my condition and explained it to me in easy-to-understand detail.The staff do speak English, Cantonese, and mandarin fluently. I am recommending to all my colleagues.

Been going to IRIS in Lansdowne since I was a teenager and see Dr. Grace. They have always been super helpful and professional. Rose up at the front is amazing and so is the rest of the staff! My 7yr old now goes to Dr. Grace and he had an amazing experience for his 1st visit. I 100% recommend them!

Excellent service, care and eyewear selection. Dr. Tsang is lovely and Jane is an expert in finding the right frames for every face. Absolutely recommend.

All of the staff were super sweet! The front desk lady greeted us right away and was great at answering our questions. They didn't mind any of us looking at the glasses and trying them on that they have on display. When they do your eye tests, they take their time. A very great service - been coming here for some years now!
