Not bad, owner's English was soso, but his scooter was good and prices are cheap. Taped my phone to the scooter so I wouldn't get lost, works like a charm :)

Rented a scooter at the very last minute on a very busy Friday during the Firenze Rocks festival. The owners were very accommodating and rental costs were more reasonable than other companies we'd tried. The scooter was sound, extremely economical and handled the Tuscan hills with ease.

This would have been a 5-star review because we had a very pleasant and smooth experience when we rented from this shop in March 2023. We did walk ins for 2 full day rentals. Prices were very fair plus unlimited mileage (and we really did push it, too, in terms of distance). The family that runs this shop were really nice, too. However, the reason for the 2 star review is because I noticed Alinari Firenze charged me $10.94 today. It’s been about 3 months since we’ve been in Florence so this is an incredibly suspicious and concerning charge. I disputed the charge, but I’ll definitely continue to keep a very watchful eye on my account for random charges from this shop again. Beware!

Horrible experience. Not very flexible.Me and my friend rented a scooter there. A few hours into the tour we realized they haven’t given us our license back. So both of us didn’t have a license. We called them and they acted like they didn’t care and didn’t apologize or anything.The next day we were going to return the scooter. But due to traffic we were 25 minutes late. During those 25 I got yelled at so much while my friend was bringing the scooter. Other people were waiting for the scooter but said it was okay.But the lady was going crazy and the rudest person in the world.When I got my deposit back she wouldn’t sign the receipt that I need for insurance. She was flipping out and said she will never sign a paper in her life. It was the most embarrassing thing to witness.Wouldn’t recommend

Great scooters, lovely people, got to see so much more of Tuscany, best 35€ you could spend

By far the best scooter rental place we found in Firenze. Friendly and flexible with good quality scooters. Riding up into Fiesole was one of the highlights of our trip.
