Citizen Watch Company Store

The store is clean and the staff are friendly and inviting. Selection is, of course, fantastic. I have a number of watches from the brands that they sell (Citizen, Bulova, Frederic Constant) and I'm sure since I was wearing one already that I got an extra discount. Walked out with two watches to add to my collection.

I bought 2 watches this month. Ask for Marjorie, that's the client experience you are looking for. She helped me find what I was looking for, told me about the watch and made recommendations. She is very engaging and a true professional.

I came here looking for watches to gift a family member for a weddinh, it was the first store I visited and asked them to hold 2 pieces while I checked out the other shops in the vicinity. I came back pretty quickly after receiving pushy and poor service at 4 other shops in the area. The two watches I asked to be kept reserve for me were waiting for me and when I spent another entire hour in store looking at many more watches, Kody, the sales representative was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. I knew I was being very indecisive with my selection, and even apologized to Kody for it. Kody, however was an outstanding professional and remained kind and relaxed throughout the entire shopping experience. I went in for 2 watches and walked out with 4, both me and my spouse loved having met the best customer service, advice and patience from Kody! If you're ever in the area and looking for a watch, stop by and ask for Kody! He is a gem of a human! Thank you a million times Kody! 7 stars for you!

Sales person was very knowledgeable and patient while deciding which watch to get. even went there near closing time and managed to get the watches I was looking for. Would go back there again.

We have had many good experiences at this store. Quick service, excellent advice, extensive stock and great prices are some of its assets. With our last purchase we needed help to set it and the salesperson (Nisa) helped me do that. She is kind and helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable.

Great customer service! I called to check whether a Bulova watch was in stock and was advised that it was going on sale the next day. It resulted in additional savings.

My personal experience with Citizen watches and Customer Service is outstanding.I have purchased several Eco drive watches over the last 30 years. Mostly diver watches, and none of them has presented any problems. They keep very accurate time, they look great, not flashy, but pleasing to the eye. They have been in the pool, in frigid Canadian Lakes, both the Atlantic and Pasific Canadian Oceans coasts, and the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea. My advise to anyone who choses to wear a watch in the water, just make sure the crown is screwed in tight and rinse the watch afterwards. I also owe a couple of very expensive distinct diver watches. Expensive in price, but not in functionality. In my opinion, the Citizen eco drive watches are more practical to me.Recently, I had to contact Citizen watches Customer Service. I have read the reviews, some negative, but my experience with Customer Service was positive, the young Lady who answered my inquiry, was very polite and understanding. To her credit, she went out of her way to resolve my issue and she did successfully. She was so determined to help, and because of her efforts, at the end I bought another Citizen eco drive diver watch.Thanks, Citizen for the dependable and accurate watches and thank you, young Lady at Customer Service for the outstanding service.

Bought a watch here and service was excellent, our sales person examined the watch and found a scratch got another one and sized it on the spot amazing service from a $140 watch. service was better than places where we paid thousands.
