My husband and I went in today to purchase an updated wedding band. Laura and Adam (the grandson of one of the original owners) were so helpful and friendly. Buying jewellery can often be incredibly intimidating and they made the process straight forward and easy to ask questions. It's so important that you feel like you can trust the jeweler you're working with and I felt that trust in the short visit we had there. Looking forward to our new ring, and having a great jeweller in the neighbourhood!They've been around for 3 generations and celebrated their 76 anniversary this year! (2021) how great is that original sign! I also learned that they just renovated. The space is light, clean and airy!

The team at Edwards and Davies (and Laura in particular) not only helped us through the entire process of having a ring remodeled into something we truly love, but also made us feel really comfortable and welcome throughout the entire process, start to finish. Beyond that, it would be an absolute understatement to say that we are thrilled with the quality and value of the work - we will undoubtedly be going back to Edwards and Davies for any jewelry work in the future!

I contacted Edwards and Davies after reading some reviews to help me with a wedding present for my Fiance at the time as well as his siblings. His mother had given me her old wedding bands to use as i pleased and I wanted to do something special for the 3 of them. Laura was fantastic at helping me walk through my idea, doing estimates and sending me visuals to approve before moving forward. Everyone was blown away by the end product was vs the rings they started out as and I know that they will be cherished for generations to come.

Adam designed a beautiful and unique custom engagement ring for me complete with hand millwork. My wife gets compliments on it wherever she goes. I would highly recommend Edwards & Davies for any custom work whether designed in person or virtually and will be returning. I had an amazing experience working with Adam. He explained the entire process in detail as well as my choices in metals, diamond selection, and design advice. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. We worked on refining the ring design for 6 months by e-mail and phone. He spent at least a month had selecting the perfect diamond. He showed unabiding patience with my perfectionistic tendancies. When the ring was couriered to me, I was thrilled with the results. This is my very first review - I was inspired by the great service and product. You’ll be in great hands with Edwards & Davies.

My boyfriend (now fiancé!!) got my engagement ring from Edwards and Davies and we couldn't be more happy with it. The ring is absolutely beautiful and so sparkly, I am consistently getting compliments on it. My fiancé said Adam was incredibly helpful every step of the way. We will definitely be going back to Adam and his team for our wedding bands!

I have been a few times here for different rings and always had the best experience!I went in today to get a new watch sized smaller to fit my wrist better. It took only a few minutes and then they told me it was free and no cost at all! I was shocked and so impressed.Adam and all of their staff are lovely! Highly recommend going to Edwards and Davies :)

I haven’t even completed services with Edwards and Davies however I already feel the need to write a review. (And I never leave reviews!) Yesterday I called Edward and Davies to inquire about an engagement ring resize. The gentleman on the phone was helpful, extremely polite, and just inviting. I have to mention that I have called many stores and never felt this type of service just from a short conversation! I made it into the store today and as a person of colour I thank you! Normally I feel judged and not taken seriously, but I felt no judgment! Every staff in store was extremely helpful. I look forward to seeing my ring!

I was scheduled to leave town in a week and Edwards & Davies Jewellers was able to replace the broken crystal on my wrist watch right away. They were communicative and responsive with me from the beginning, making sure to let me know whether they could do it within the time frame. The rate worked for me considering they delivered on short notice and in time. So cool to be able to do it with a family-owned and run business, too. I thoroughly enjoyed browsing their vintage jewelry while there.
