The staff at Pink Lemonade Salon are always so friendly and professional. Jessica does my sister, my mother and my hair, and we always think and are always told how great our hair looks! She really is amazing at what she does!I recommend Pink Lemonade to everyone!

I have been going to Shayla at Pink Lemonade for just over a year now and I am constantly amazed at the level of quality she puts into my hair each and every time I go in! Not only do I always leave with exactly what I want, but the staff/Molly the dog and atmosphere are such a pleasure to be surrounded in! Highly recommend this place if you want some serious hair love!

Maddison was absolutely amazing! I recently got minor surgery on my scalp and still had some stitches and she was so gentle through the entire process. She was so fun to talk to and took my hair from a 0 to 10, I would recommend this stylist to literally anyone. I had a great time and feel great!!! Will be coming to her from now on!

Julia is a fantastic stylist and colorist. I’ve sampled many salons across greater Victoria, and Julia does the best blending I’ve had. She specializes in the full range of blondes and transformed my brassy brunette to a crisp balayage. She’s great to talk to during the appointments and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Julia and will continue to see her for future cuts and colours.

I have only the kindest words for this place. Brittany did the best job with my balayage color. She was very kind during my appointment and even gave me snacks when I got a headache.The best words about the owner of the salon as well! She was very understanding and kind. And very good at what she does. If you want high quality service - this is the place. I’m very grateful for everything.I’ll definitely come back! Had a great experience seeing Courtney! She's friendly, efficient, and easy going. I haven't had my (very long & thick) hair done for quite awhile so I was expecting it to take way longer than it did - she had me out of there with fresh blonde & a much-needed haircut in no time. Looking forward to the next session ♥️

I got my hair done by @beautyby.julez and she did such a phenomenal job. I couldn’t believe my hair transformation. She was so kind and nice to talk to during the appointment as well. She also provided great product suggestions/ answered any hair care questions I had. 10/10 recommend!

I had been using Jessica’s expertise for 5 yrs and was very happy. When she went on maternity leave I had to pick another stylist in her salon. This new stylist (1 yr experience) is reasonably good, but does not listen. She did not do a very good job with the cut the first time but I didn’t say anything. She did a great job with roots. I went back to her yesterday, I just wanted my roots done and hair cut. She ruined my hair cut, put a really dark toner on my hair ( I had told her that the highlights from last time were too brassy) so she toned them too dark, then did the roots and cut my hair. Did a really bad job with the cutI texted her and told her how disappointed I was. After paying $168??I asked to see Jessica again, who is the owner. Jessica went on to tell me that I was rude to Trisha and that she did not want me as a client anymore! Seriously, is this how you respond to a complaint? The least she could have done, as an owner, was try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately Jessica is young, and inexperienced in the running of a client based business. She has a long way to go. Good luck Jessica.After 5 yrs you drop a client? Is that how one does business? Very sad!
