ReNew has so much to offer! I've been very please with the treatments I have received so far. Trish & Trisha are both extremely professional and would highly recommend.

I had at least 3 appointments canceled with no phone call to reschedule. Owner couldn't make it in due to weather but staff seemed to make it in just fine. It isn't always the easiest for me to take time off work for appointments so I was extremely disappointed every time. 1Janice is absolutely out of touch with customer service..phone calls don't get returned for at least 2 days!!! The location is never busy that she can't return calls the day of or at least answer the phone. My filler was horrible I had to have it dissolved within 2 weeks. I had Botox and out of the 6 xs only once did it turn out nice. Owner/nurse says she doesn't inject crows feet because she likes them on women and thinks they should have them" owner/nurse is nice but I had to leave because the customer service was brutal and I keep getting bad results from incorrect Botox placement."

I have been to ReNew every month since July and have been happy with every single visit. I've had treatments with Trisha, Trish and Ula . Each one of the ladies is very knowledgeable and really take their time assessing YOUR needs and goals. I've been working with Ula the past couple of months trying to determine the best course of action for my skin and she is amazing. Most places won't dedicate the time that these ladies do to go through the internal and external factors that maybe be affecting your skin and well being. I think that is something that definitely differentiates ReNew from the others, they don't just provide you with a service and send you on your way. They will tailor treatments to your needs/concerns and ensure you have a game plan for your daily home routine and a plan for the future (because some skin issues cannot be solved with just one treatment, unfortunately:(). It took me a year and a half to decide on which clinic in Cambridge to go with and clearly I made the best choice.

Great selection of services. I was impressed how well they try to get to know you and really listen to your history to ensure you get the best experience.

Renew is the absolute best!From the moment you step in you are made to feel so very special, you are cared for and pampered as if no one else matters. These are truly wonderful women. I highly encourage everyone to try out and adopt Renew as their go to spa. Thank you Trish, Trisha and Jan.

I love ReNew! The ladies are so wonderful and professional. I have seen Trisha and Ula (I hope I'm spelling their names correctly!) and they were both so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I have never been someone who enjoys facials but I have loved every facial I've received at ReNew. I saw significant results and the ladies really care about your well-being, not just your business like some places. The ladies here make insightful recommendations in terms of products and services for further help if needed and it is wonderful! I will absolutely be returning as well as recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a go-to facial, be it medicated or just a relaxing experience. Thank you ReNew!

Trisha, I wanted to take the time and thank you again for the refreshing facial from last week. It was the first one I had in a while, long overdue and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I was so impressed with the whole ReNew experience, from entering the beautiful spa, being welcomed by Jan at the front desk, receiving valuable skin care advice from the owner Patricia, to getting the most wonderful ever facial treatment from you. My skin felt indeed refreshed, hydrated, nourished and truly taken care of, during the treatment session, as well as for days afterwards. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I just had the BEST facial I have ever had. Trisha took her time and it was blissful! She took care to choose products that helped the state of my skin today, added a quartz stone treatment, and the hand/arm massage was heavenly. As soon as you walk in the door, you're the most important person. You will be greeted with a genuine smile, in a beautiful setting. Non-judgemental complimentary consultations mean you can be informed and make the best choice for your skin. Treat yourself, it's so worth it!

This medi spa is fantastic! The ladies there are so kind and honest. Ula has been helping me with my skin journey and after many years I have finally found improvement! I highly recommend!
