I just received my very first online order shipment. The process was straight-forward, I am always begrudged to spend money on insurance, but it's worth it for a hefty order! The items were correct, they were packaged beautifully. One chip bead broke - took one for the team. There was a receipt in the box. Nothing was missing. This was very exciting to open. Thank you very much! Now it's time to create!!!! Stay safe!

My favourite bead store!! Miigwetch for the amazing service and even more amazing bead selection and craft items. Online shopping is always super speedy, but go visit the store if you’re in the area, highly recommend.

This store has great prices and a decent selection of items that I definitely need. All of the employees seem very nice and knowledgeable, which is great. BUT... I must admit that my partner has bought with them many times now and this was my first time 8n the store... they have the slowest check out we have ever seen! My partner went on their lunch one day and quickly gathered what was needed for a project and ended up having to leave and put their stuff back :( after waiting over 10 mins. Today, it was the same for me. After finding what I needed, I rushed to the counter and there was one person checking out at that moment. It was absolutely her right to ask questions and whatever she needed to do, she was a paying customer. However, after waiting and realizing they were nowhere near finishing with her check out, I asked the employee if she can hold my stuff until tomorrow, as I have to go get my kids and there is literally no other cash register in the store. So word to the wise, give yourself one entire hour to shop and allow at least 30 mins for check out. Also take cash as in my case, she could have potentially cashed me out had I not needed to use debit. I just suggest finding a better method for cashing out ! Especially if you have multiple customers in the store :) .

I’ve been ordering online from IBead for 2 years now and I’ve never been let down. They always ship my orders super quickly and accurately. My only regret is that I live too far away to shop in person, or else I’d doubtlessly be wandering their aisles on a weekly basis!

I've ordered from this website a few times and had great experiences until I received a product that was clearly unsatisfactory and they couldn't offer me any fair options to replace it. They wanted me to pay for shipping to return the product and to ship the replacement product out which makes no sense. I thought it would be a simple exchange process but that wasn't the case and is very disappointing.
