I called them to ask if I am allowed to use a computer to print documents out from internet they answer was yes. So I drove there and in the store the agent said they r not doing this type of service so I wasted my time actually bad customer service

AGL did a van wrap for me. It was very defective. They refused to fix it. They lied to my franchisor about it. They offered me $1200 to fix it but only under the condition that I remove my negative review. They are trying to pay me off to remove a negative review to cover up for their bad vehicle wrap and lack of integrity. If I am wrong, they can contact me, explain, and I will gladly remove this complaint.
