I don't often leave reviews but I felt that it is important to give credit where credit is deserved. I want to acknowledge specifically pharmacist Christine for not only her ability but her willingness to share personal experiences and meet me on a personal level when helping me find products that have the capability to work for myself and my family needs. I received kindness without any judgment of what I was experiencing. Her sincerity is appreciated and I can not thank her enough.

Just came from Ladies night and it was an amazing event. Josephine and the team are fabulous. Ladies night was full of diverse vendors who are always a pleasure to speak with, they are very informative so friendly. Shout out to Teresa from Sweet Lalani adore this line and her. I am never disappointed. If you have not been to a ladies night here I suggest you like and follow their page and attend the next one. Thank you Cloverdale Pharmasave.

I called with a few questions...Henry was not in so I spoke with his, son, Fred. This isn't the first time I've called him and he is also very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. I believe he deals more with people than animals, but I'm not certain about that. His specialty is pain management and he has given me many suggestions for my questions which are about a rare disease, that many other places of this kind, have not even heard of.I have on occasion talked to Christine who is also very pleasant. You can just tell by talking to them, that they want to help. They have given excellent service to our fur babies as well. Along with numerous other things, they were able to extended the expected lifespan of my dog, from 2 weeks given by my Vet, to 2 years... he had lung cancer and lived another happy two years, still fetching his beloved stick up to the week before it was time for him to leave, although it wasn't thrown as far near the end. We worked with Henry for this and our budget was taken into account when he did a plan for him.My Vet went from not believing it at all, so saying he would give it considerable thought when he couldn't do anymore to help.I can't say enough good things about the people who work here!!! Also the store is kind of old fashioned looking and welcoming.

This business epitomizes family run and oriented. Every staff member is helpful, kind and empathetic. They make you feel like you are special and do everything possible to make your experience as pleasant as possible. The ideal protein program run within this pharmacy is also stellar, such great coaching and support.

I go here for all of the homeopathic remedies we use and for their great selection of K’pure products. Staff are friendly, store is clean and has some unique items. They also have a loyalty program.

The staff here are beyond kind, patient, and further advocate for their community members without question. Feeling well cared for and supported. Thank you.

My dog has a special prescription that takes about 3 days to fill. I didn't realize I was almost out, and forgot to call ahead. They went out of their way to fill it the same day so that I wouldn't run out. Thanks so much!

The pharmacy here is amazing, and they are always so friendly and helpful. However, a few times the cashiers at the front were rude and didn't know how to do their jobs. I was trying to purchase a gift card one time, and the cashier wasted 5 minutes re-scanning the card over and over and over, and when I tried to offer suggestions, she shushed" me... when she finally gave up

I can not rave enough about this store and its personnel!! The staff are extremely personable & exceptionally helpful. It was fluke I came upon this store after making a dozen calls to other pharmacies in my area. I was trying to get a pain relief medication compounded for my 22 year old cat. This store was the only one willing to do this and ever since, Lyle and Christine have been instrumental in helping me to improve chronic stomach issues. Their recommendations have done more for me than the prescriptions I had been taking for four decades.If you're looking for a pharmacy who genuinely takes an interest in bettering your (and your animal's) health, this is the place to come to. I have never gone to the Steveston Pharmasave but know they would also operate in the same exemplary manner since they & the Cloverdale location are owned by the same family.
