Randy is an amazing guy and a fantastic stylist. He listens well and adds beautiful insights along with great skill and experience. He did such an amazing job on both my wife's and daughters hair. I can't imagine them ever wanting to go anywhere else for all their hair needs. Thanks again Randy.

These guys pulled off an amazing fix, after a low end salon totally cut my long long hair off... and lop sided, making such short cuts in places that totally destroyed my style options given my difficult, fine hair.....I never thought I'd look good in short hair but INSTINCTS really truly understood what needed to happen to give me that high end look after so much was cut. I feel confident that no one could have done better. And I'm beyond astounded at how I look now with such an up to date style.
