My experience with W.J watch repair wasn't the best and wasn't exactly the worst. I originally came to this shop to repair the crystal on both my Fossil watch (completely shattered) and my Armani Exchange watch ( small crack but not shattered like the fossil).Originally I was quoted 35$ for the fossil crystal and battery replacement and $20 for the Armani. While at the shop I made sure that the shop knew I was expecting a relatively factory crystal replacement and they assured me that it would be.A couple of days later, I receive a call from Mr.Wu I believe (could be mistaken) letting me know that the Armani watch would cost a little more than $20-$25, approximately $50. He asked me if I wanted to continue with the replacement. In order to save time and the hassle of picking it up, dropping it off to another repair shop I said okay. With the hopes that it would be a nearly identical replacement, but that wasn't the case.The fossil watch was perfect, no complaints there. If you look at the first three images attached that's the watch crystal before replacement (factory) and the rest are after the replacement. As you can see originally the glass was raised quite a bit and can clearly view the time clearly from different angles In the after images the crystal is completely flush with the bezels and just seems cloudier than the original (didn't notice until I got home). Severely disappointed.After noticing this I thought it was a mistake and brought it to their attention. The owner offered to reduce the price to $30, but i was still unhappy with the product. I asked if they were able to find something similar to the original and fix it, i wouldn't mind waiting a couple of days and to downtown. But apparently that was not an option. The owner insisted that final price was $30, since it was completed there was nothing to do but pay for it.Besides that it works fine and nothing else is wrong with it. Just severely disappointed and was hoping for better, especially after explaining what i was hoping for during my first visit. I guess you get what you paid for. I understand that things like this do happen, and it may not be a big issue to some but at the same time if I am expected to pay for anything I want to be content with the service.Final thoughts about my specific interaction:The lady at the front is very kind and welcoming. The fossil watch came out as expected and whilst speaking to the owner over the phone regarding the Armani watch it was quite difficult to understand what exactly he was saying. To future customers, just make sure they know EXACTLY what you are looking for and don't be afraid to say no. I also got three watch batteries replaced and I didn't even notice that they were out of my hands, very quick. Will not be returning to this place.I'm not saying this is not a good place to go for watch related needs, I'm just putting my experience out there. Im still giving this a 2/5 star review as I am very salty about the Armani watch situation.

These folks are awesome! Had a watch missing a buckle, battery and the back cover wouldn't go back on. Dropped in not sure if they could fix everything and they had it like new again in about 3.5 minutes. Guess how much they charged? Only 10 bucks! The watch isn't really worth anything but has sentimental value for me. Looks like I'll get a few more years out if it! Good, honest people there at WJ watch repair!

I polished my Rolex here and job was professionally done and it looked brand new again after I wore it for a decade. thank you WJ for doing a good job!!

Amazing batter replacement for Armani watch was expecting extra charges but they charged just 10 dollars in and out within 4 mins literally! Would definitely recommend and visit again. Timing is 10 to 6pm. Press door buzzer to enter on the left of the door.

I came to fix the strap of my watch because the screws were loose. They fixed it on the spot for me FOR FREE! I have previously come here to fix another watch, and was impressed by their fast and professional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing their watches fixed!

Great, same day service! Brought 2 watches that needed battery replacements and 1 that needed a link added. Took an hour to do everything and the cost was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location! Staff were very friendly and straightforward with explaining the pricing for the services I requested.

Awesome little store. Owner (Woo) is fantastic to deal with and fixed a problem with my watch clasp on the spot. When I asked how much I should pay he was hesitant to even ask for money because of how quickly he was able to repair the problem. I took the same watch to a different repair store and was told the repair would be minimum $400.

Great place to get your watch repaired. The gentleman has been doing this for a long time and knows his stuff. Fixed my watch in 10mins.
