I sent an email inquiring about an estimate. They reached out right away, made great suggestions. They came to look at the space the next day and made more suggestions to us. The estimate provided was thorough and all little extras where put in the estimate as charges that might be additional. Very transparent, no hidden costs. Painters arrived everyday on time and did a fantastic job. Very polite and professional. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Ken and his team were amazing to work with. From the initial quote process to final product we were more than pleased with the teams work! We plan to have them back once we are ready to finish our remaining rooms. Thanks again team for your great work and professional results!

After one of service; the paint did not hold on my walls. The service was horrible and I’m reminded of all the damage and messy work they provided on top of the short cuts they took trying to complete the paint job in my home.Granted Ken took off a chunk but of a discount so he could keep his 5-star rating but I’m done!I shouldn’t have had to suffer or stress with any of the work done to my home and I’m really disappointed that the paint job didn’t even hold for a year!!I would NOT recommend this painting company to any of my family and friends. Not even my closest enemy.In the attached photo you can see my old paint faded pink coming through the new grey paint job. There was something sticky on the wall. I just used a cloth and water and it came off like glue.

James came out to provide us with a quote. He was very intrusive, asking detailed questions about our lives that were not at all related to the quote we had requested. When my husband and I would give vague answers, James would smirk and push for more information.While I appreciated his intention to build rapport, I felt intruded upon and he crossed the line into unprofessionalism. We expected a quote to have our home painted, not an hour long interview about the details of our lives.Throughout the time James was on our property, I had several doubts as to whether or not his company was legitimate, or if it was simply a front for something else. We will not be using CertaPro for our renovation.
