Paul is very straight to the point and will be able to tell you quickly and honestly if he can fix something. Who ever said kindness os a thing of the past?I simply needed a small part for my lawn mower, i spoke with Paul over the phone. He informed me that he didn’t have the part i need in stock but he told me to bring in the old one and he would see if he could find something that would work. I called A1 after I tried starting my Poulan Pro snowblower for the first time this winter and it wouldn't start. They were able to pick it up a day after I called, called me the next day to let me know what was wrong with it and when it was fixed, then delivered it back to me the following day. Paul was awesome!I read some of the negative reviews and to be honest, that caused me NOT to call them right away. I actually called 3 other authorized service providers first off the Poulan Pro website. I was either told they were busy and it would be a couple of weeks or, I didn't even get a response. I then called A1 and very thankful I did! Paul was honest and extremely knowledgeable. You could tell he's been doing this for a very long time.Regarding the negative reviews, I find when you give respect, you'll get it back and Paul + team were nothing less than amazing! I now have my snowblower back and it's running better than it did new. Not to mention the cost was MORE THAN FAIR!Paul and team, THANK YOU!!!
