I am sad to write this because the owner was so lovely and worked hard to get our neighbour on board with splitting the fence cost when he absolutely did not have to do that. He was very adamant that he wants us to be happy with our fence so he would do it whatever to make it happen.It was much cheaper than all the other companies but beware - you get what you pay for. Once you pay him, don’t expect any customer service after that.They forgot to cement one of the posts so the owner came back the next day to do it. Unfortunately he cemented it crooked and it happens to be the post that the door hooks into. I notified him once we figured it out (after troubleshooting the handle adjustment) and he ghosted me. The door latch is already worn out because of how much it has to run to get into place.It is unfortunate because we referred him to one of our friends and a ton of people in his area built fences with Klinwell because of this referral. Additionally those fence doors all came with handles whereas none of mine or the fences around us did. Overall, our experience with this company is tainted. We have stopped referring them to our friends and family.

Very happy with the job Ricki did for us. We had they city come and mark lines before hand and he hand dug and cemented the only hole near a line. He sunk posts a foot deeper than other places we had gotten quotes from and when I compared jobs around the city his fences were the straightest. The only guys who offered comparable prices were looking to do cash and seemed like they would be out of the business before anyone could call them for warranty work. After doing my fence, several of my neighbours got KFI to do their fences and I have only heard good things.

Ricky is a very professional and friendly guy. He can be trusted and his work are really good. He did my vinyl fence for me and it looks really good. He listen to your concern and gives you professional advice as required. I'm very pleased with his work and he is on time.

Klinwell installed a new vinyl fence with our neighbours this summer. The fence itself is nice however we’ve run into nothing but issues since - during the installation our Internet line was cut as well as our sprinkler line in THREE places. The flagging of lines was set up by our neighbour (who arranged the whole fence replacement) and our Internet line was marked by SaskTel and our sprinkler line runs directly underneath it. Ricky has had to come back twice to fix the sprinkler line but at this point I am no longer interested in him coming back for the third time. On the day of installation he was the only one completing the work and it’s clear the job was done hastily and without care for all the damage that was caused. It’s been nothing but a headache since installation and the hassle doesn’t seem worth the money.

Ricky was good to work with. He did our yard and 4 other neighbors. They removed the old fence and hauled it away. He was professional to work with. Ricky was careful with existing plants in a mature yard. The posts are straight and the fence looks great. We would recommend KFI to others.
