Easily accessible, and very conveniently located. Brand new building on a brand new lot.They were able to get me in and out quickly so the issue didn't ruin my schedule for the entire week.I was impressed with not only how pleasant they were to deal with, but how I was given regular updates along the way.Icing on the cake is a spacious, comfortable and quiet drivers lounge to wait in.

Because Kenworth build such an awful piece of equipment, that never stops breaking down, no matter how new the model I always seem to wind up at Kenworth Kamloops.Fantastic staff, timely repairs, quality work, and equally frustrated by the machines on which they are forced to work

Excellent customer service. Waiting lounge is neat and clean. There is a coffee maker as well in the lounge.
