I would highly recommend Dr. Scarff and her team. Her attention to detail and her willingness to listen to her patients and answers questions is unique. Her team is also kind, patient and approachable. Most of all, not only did she supply information regarding my condition, she was also up-to-date on the latest research, and she followed up with me later on to make sure I had no additional questions post appointment. I’m grateful for her attention to detail and her wonderful service.

I frequently refer my senior clients as their mobile services provide convenience and for my own family including teens needing noise reducing ear pieces for headache management. I was referred to Audiology Innovations by my doctor for a slight hearing loss in one ear at a particular frequency.I had convinced myself I was too young for a hearing device and was a somewhat reluctant patient.Dr. Scarff is extremely informative and professional. She explained the importance of being proactive in dealing with the hearing loss and how not dealing with it would have greater repercussions in the future. While I did not need a device (yet), I left the clinic considerably more informed and comfortable with her recommendations. I would highly recommend Audiology Innovations.

I was initially referred to Audiology Innovations through my financial planner, whose opinion I valued. He had learned of Dr. Carrie Scarff's research on hearing loss and the negative affects on cognitive brain functions. Since that time 3 years ago, I have used Audiology Innovations for the purchase of hearing aids and follow up annual tests. I have been impressed with the congenial attitude and knowledge that the staff present in a friendly hygiene setting.

I had the best experience I've ever had with this organization. Dr Scarff was amazing; her expertise surpasses any clinic I have ever visited and I've worn aids for 6 years now. Her team are getting me new equipment very quickly and I feel very reassured that I will get the best equipment that will be fitted well to my specific needs. Dr Scarff is very up-to-date with hearing loss research which I loved learning about. Don't be afraid of the aids; they have changed my life in such a positive way!

I have always needed ear plugs to sleep at night, but found the traditional foam ear plugs were uncomfortable and often fell out. I made an appointment with Lara Hall to get custom silicone ear plugs made and boy are they a life changer! Lara was very friendly and informative during the appointment, taking the time to explain everything. Highly recommended!
