I am taking a vacation soon so decided to get a manicure and pedicure before my trip. I called in the morning to see if there was any available slots - even though they seemed busy, we found a time that worked for both of us. I enjoyed the services very much, and really loved the back and forth conversation with the technicians. They are very lovely people!

I got a manicure, overall it was good. But they didn’t know how to do the design I wanted, and in my opinion it was a simple design. There was also quite a few flies in the room. Buuuut the nails that didn’t have designs on them were beautiful and very even.

First, i want to say im very shy and never want to cause issues but they messed up so bad and we so rude and mean i cant let anyone go thriugh this first. I went in I showed her the pictures of what I wanted she said she could do it then right before she said this would be her first but assured she could make the look basically the same. Nope not even close plus disgusting hygene they do not wash or disfect between uses probably why I got sick after going there but anyways my nails went all different directions like my index fingers bend slights lefy and she made tge nail almost completely pointed right they were chunky and looked awful not even close to what I asked even though I already had to speak up multiple times because she clearly didn't know how to do nails or what different colours look like then had the nerve to charge $80 when other places do way better fir 60 and know how to do nails. I was very upset so I asked if they could fix th they said okay and rebooked then didn't even bother showing up to our agreed set time and told me it's my fault fir not leaving a number even though she never asked then stupidly I rebooked again because my nails are awful and i shouldnt have to pay again bevause tgey messed up not only did the lady try to skip out on me again she was incredible rude the entire tiime being passice agreesice taking jabs at me that i wasnt happy with my nails. insulting me and being agressive absolute no kindness or apology nothing just talking me like am garbage and its my fault she cant do nails i ended crying bevause of mean she was she also said that i basicalky need to micro manage her because i guess she doesnt know how to do nails yet or the simpliest concept that nails should all be the same shape if that was asked for abd then be rude when i say hey i think the pinky needs to be a point narrower... anyways awful experience never been treated so badly or charged so much for trash in all of the 6 years of getting my nails done please save yourself tge hard ship and potential infection just go to london or sarnia the salons in stratgroy are horrific especially this one btw the fixed nails sti looked bad even after walking her througb every little step

Very quick! Was in and out in about 40 minute, which was nice compared to other places that are and hour or longer.

I love this place because everyone is very nice and kind, this is my favourite place but this time I was a lil dissatisfied. I had to trim my nails for work cuz they were too long. Which isn’t the problem. The problem is that 7 days later I already have chips in my nails and one came off

I did my nail extensions here and I am very disappointed with the way they do it. The people that was working there before were really good but the new once I don't think they know what they are doing. I give all of them all a try and very disappointed not returning again.
