terrible service, workers don’t know anything about technology and when they fixed the back screen of my phone i was fixing to sell they messed something up in the software to make the phone not turn on and saying it’s not there problem

Think I got taken today! Asked the girl how much for just the plastic protector you cover the screen with for my Apple SE.She said $10 + tax. After she put it on for me she rang up $30 + tax. I told her “didn’t you tell me $10? Oh no, $30 sir.Kinda hard to make $30 sound like $10, isn’t it?$30 for a thin piece of plastic?Anybody else out there pay that?

Shopped here three times. They refuse to give receipts because I use my status card. Recently Bought a $35 screen protector that did NOT stick to the screen of my phone at all even after multiple attempts. Took it back for an exchange and the guy just laughed at me. Guess he knew he's selling low quality products and ripping people off. That's probably why he was laughing and probably why they dont give receipts. He refused to help me at all. I understand you need a receipt for exchange but when they refuse to give you one....smhHorrible people. Horrible business. Horrible products. Dont shop here.
