Helen Tang Counselling & Hypnotherapy

I have been seeing Helen for a couple of years now. I can not begin to express my gratitude for how much she has changed me, for the better! She is compassionate, gentle and professional. She has helped me navigate through the toughest of times. I highly recommend her and am so happy to have found her.

I have been working with Helen for close to 2 years now. I am so proud of who I have become since I first started. To be honest, I am not sure if I have what it takes to go through the recent house fire had I not done the necessary inner work with Helen. Like lots of people, I use to think only the broken ones need therapy and I was too good for it. The wiser I get the more I notice everyone is a little broken here and there; and good therapy session is like a calming and cleansing bath for the heart that everyone could benefit from. I find myself able to breathe deeper, aim higher, and love gentler after each session. Helen and I have a trusting relationship. She knows how to capture those tiny shadows of my wounded child and bring light to that scary little person. She asks me the right questions and turns my awareness to my blind spots. She clears the fog in my head so I can walk steadfast toward my goal. She helps me find grace whenever I feel like making an impulsive action. She made me strong and soft at the same time. I am so grateful to have met her.
