My wife and I have been taking 2 different BMW's to Norm and Mike at Autowest for about 5 years and have had great service. They came recommended from a mechanic friend of mine and have not disappointed. I trust them and their opinions about how to keep your vehicle on the road and not break the bank. Repairs I was quoted at 2-3X the price, for instance$1,600.00 at another BMW Kelowna shop or at the dealer, I get down for a 1/2 the pricein the end and the repairs work just as well as in the fancy shops.They don't suggest un-needed repairs as I have had some weird issues they have diagnosed, unlike the big-box garages that go by the book, don't mark-up parts prices a ton, and the shop rate is very fair and repair times not suggested by a computer system designed to maximize shop revenue!It's not a fancy place but you get treated well. So if your looking for a good place to take care of your BMW or even other Euro, Japanese or NA models that I have seen in the shop, I think its a good place to investigate and hopefully you will be as satisfied as my wife and I have been.

My power steering went on me out of the blue. Was going to go to my typical shop who I've been happy with but they don't work on euros so they recommended I give autowest a try. They got me in the next day, with my own parts and had my car ready finished in two hours. No funky costs, no unwanted repairs performed or suggested. First impression is that they're not trying to show anything off or create an image; they just do automotive repair. Super happy with it. Thanks.
