too many people here are complaining about the state of the station.i found it a little run down, but it served its purpose. Easy to get into, the Parking was reasonable for the day and they had LOTS of parking, also it's Free on the weekends. I took my family downtown on a saturday and it was cheaper on gas and downtown parking. the ticket vendor also helped me out and suggested a family pass for us since we were riding more than twice. which saved us abunch of money. they had an info attendant also near the ticket booth for others who seemed to be making good use of him. we found our way easily and quickly.

Good location. However each bus has seperate area which include steps. Difficult to manage if you transfer from one bus section to the next with heavy items

Spacious but always cold in the winter because the lack of insulation. There are barely any seats to sit and wait for the bus platforms
