We were very fortunate to have been referred to Laddie and Innova Security Systems by a builder/friend even though our own builder had referred us elsewhere. Through our research, the valued referral and after meeting with Laddie, we were convinced he would have our backs with regard to our home security and he and his staff did and continue to do so with exemplary representation. Laddie has tremendous technical knowledge, never stumped for a solution and vast up to date product information to always present to us best options. He provided and continues to provide us with step by step explanations of accessing systems/equipment, advised best options, price differentials, set up, etc. and virtually walks us through every aspect of our home alarm system, security cameras and fire protection. This constituted and still involves much time, effort, site and home visits and patience from Laddie and his staff to afford us this education and experience. Often we have had questions or concerns on a weekend and Laddie always responds and has surprisingly shown up at any time of day including evenings, Saturdays and Sundays to assist us. We believe this speaks volumes in addressing his character and the commitment of him and his company in providing an excellent service.
