i was going to get somthing to eat and the one worker stared at me the whole time not looking away i went to the bathroom because i didn’t feel good within 7 mins they started banging on the door i said “hello” thwy didn’t say anything about 5 mins later they came back and banged again and i said “hello” they said someone is waiting i said “okay i’ll be out in a min” when i walked out there was no one in the store besides the working this is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at a gas station so so rude never wanna come back

WARNING Be careful of the East Indian guy working @ 5am he will try and short change you on purpose. Get your receipt and count your change. I won't be going back there ever. Its worth the drive to the 7/11 on Burnside.

Sullen cashier. The pricing on the shelves is deceptive as one item will be stocked above another item's price point. The co-op gas bar is just across the parking lot and likely has what you would need.

I love it. A ten out of ten! A perfect store. Great selection, fair prices, friendly staff and comfortable places to sit a play Keno. This place will go down in history as one of the greatest hubs of culture the world has to offer. Give the guys at Mac's a round of applause, folks, they certainly deserve it.

I love this place. All of my childhood I have been coming here. It is a truly terrific establishment. Shawn DeWolfe, you probably just caught the Mac's guy on a bad day. He is normally a really great guy. He usually has excellent customer service and the Mac's store itself has tremendous selection and fair prices. This is my go-to for all my delectable needs.

They have pretty much everything you need 24hours a day. Like they price accordingly and I have not had an issue. The Circle Plaza has a whole is very welcoming.

There is one staff member who always overcharges customers. The evening staff member is very rude and lazy. He treats customers very poorly.

Awful. The man was on the phone the whole time, and when I brought my purchases up to pay (including a slurpee I already poured) he told me his “debit machine was old, please take out cash at the atm” which had a $3.15 fee.When I tried to bring it up, he just ignored me. And now I will never go back. Robbery, obvious money grab.

I went to this location early morning Wednesday 27th January 2021 the rather grumpy European man with a accent was working as usual. Myself and my friend were very polite and said hi etc. We went to get two ice cream cones. Both myself and my friend were managers for McDonald's Canada and have made hundreds if not thousands of soft service ice cream cones over the years. Unfortunately the machine was not calibrated/frozen enough for cones and we each tired making one and they just collapsed everywhere and we had to discard them. Since the ice cream was half melted we instead opted for two Sunday cups and thought that would be a safer choice until the machine was fixed/correct consistency. At the checkout the man was incredibly rude and attempted to charge to the two cones which were placed in the trash. There was very little ice cream on them as it wasn't even enough for one layed it just melted everywhere, came out of the machine nearly melted. I politely explained there problem with the machine he said machine not problem - you are problem" I said I'm sorry but I won't pay for product that wasn't consumed and could not be consumed due to quality control issues. I then proceeded to explain my years of experience making ice cream cones and he said then go to McDonald's don't come here! I paid for my two cups of ice cream and left. Both myself and my friend were shocked I can't recall a time I've ever been treated so poorly in a gas station in my life. I have worked in customer service for the last 10yrs and this is definitely a coaching opportunity for this associate. I would like a response to this email to be assured this associate has been correctly coached before I would ever consider returning to this location. Thank you."
