Town and Country Property Improvements Ltd

Last year we hired Town and Country to do some excavating and to install a septic system. Right from the first day it was not approved. They had to do it again to be approved. From May to September they were here five times including the insulation. They sent anyone they could hire. People arrived here not having a clue , my husband instructing them and helping them. Sewer spilled out on the ground but this did not seem to concern Ashley. At the time we were in Rv , trying to get house built. Now a year later we are still having trouble . Called the company who designed system and he agreed we still had problems here. Called Ashley three weeks ago and still not here. Last September, after they had been here five times I got them to extend the warranty until September as the house was not even built and hooked to the system. Finally we are moving in and we do not know if on a rainy day sewer will back up into our new home. Service is terrible and knowledge seems non existent. I would give no stars if possible.

Storm was on friday. We are still waiting for them to come finish the parking lot. This is sunday. The parking lot is a disaster. It was only salted once. And saturday when the deep freeze happened it was like a skating rink. Ps i would give them only half a star if that was an option
